Review Time
Since my first order I’ve been so lucky to not yet be disappointed. Perfumes I’ve chose so far were 100% same as the original. But my all time favourite will always be 82 - Black opium 387 Arabian Tonka and 461 Baracatt rouge. I do prefer the intense versions more as they last for a long time but my Favourite Arabian tonka is not yet part of the intense collection. I really hope the creators will decide to work on that scent and soon to have the option to get it . Another great part with Essence Vault is that if there is a problem they always step in and solved within few hours. Will most certainly order again. Thank you .
I was very dubious about ordering from the essence vault as I saw their sight on facebook..... But, all I can say is GREAT! I ordered the inspired by 1 million and it smells amazing. I only ordered the 5ml tester and it was delivered in 3 days! Peter really made sure I was dealt with correctly... 👍 😉 😀
Essence vault is truly amazing and the customer service is one of the best iv experienced, had an issue with evri losing my order , and Gareth at essence vault very much quickly and kindly sent another order out via Royal Mail as I stated we’d been having major issues with evri here, Royal Mail always faultless so he kindly had it sent via RM and received within 3/4 days (had been 8-9 days waiting for movement from evri ) . Customer service is always helpful, polite and very quick responses! Thank you again Gareth ☺️
Brilliant service arrived quickly & smell beautiful, I purchased the bundle of 3 & upon very quick arrival one of the spray nozzles seemed to be faulty, I emailed them & had a prompt reply from Gareth who quickly & efficiently sorted this problem out, customer service is outstanding throughout.
I choose lost cherry, black XS & black opium all smell really good.
Great delivery time especially as it's Evri !!.

I received my order in the post, although smelling lovely, one of the three bottles of perfume was broken. I sent an email when I got home from work with the picture of the broken bottle and Sameer from the customer service team got back to me so quickly (outside of 9-5 hours) with a replacement sorted.
First of many orders I am sure to come, all smell lovely. ☺️

The delivery took a bit longer than 3 days. I bought a bundle of 3X100ml. 197 was spot on, similar to Eau Sauvage. 200 was great, similar to Aventus. 189 was a mistake, my mistake. Similar to One Million, or so I'm told, but it's not for me. I think the Essence Vault concept as a company, is a good one. Let people enjoy great fragrances at an affordable price. Keep up the good work!.

Got the wrong order when complained about they instantly replied and placed a new order free of cost
I was missing two smaller products and Sameer was just amazing start to finish. Sorted my order same day and sent out what I was missing that night, super helpful super friendly just absolutely amazing customer service
I tried the sample size so I could see if I liked the fragrances... Then went straight away to buy the full sizes!! They last all day and smell absolutely amazing. Will be getting more soon!!!
