We're sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We'll try again on the next working day - I WAS AT HOME ALL DAY. I HAVE 2 DOOR BELLS, ONE IS A CAMERA, NOBODY RANG EITHER DOOR BELL AND NO RECORDING ON THE CAMERA. LIES, LIES, LIES. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

The order was delivered on time and the perfume are excellent. My husband was very pleased with both the perfume ordered and the mystery perfume. We will be ordering more when he has run out.
So I used this company as I was told it was good I was spectacle as I like my smells strong and lasting so I wasnt convinced.
I pit an order in for 3 bottle
1 only the brave = which smells bang on and literally like the real thing loads of comments when people walk by
Lacoste red = amazing lasts all day and woke up still smelling it definitely ordering again
And I have done 2 orders so far and will be back im sure
Great smelling Eau De Parfums , i ordered the 926 inspired by Sauvage Elixir , 444 inspired by Lost Cherry great price for both fast delivery .
I had on the 444 last night people were passing comment nice smell .
I wasn’t happy with the smell of my chosen fragrance so I emailed the essence vault and spoke to yaseen who was extremely polite and helpful regarding my options on returning my product and replacing with another.

A friend told me about the Essence Vault and I ordered some perfumes. The delivery was delayed and I contacted the company.
Nikki, was the customer service care that attended to me. She was very quick in responding, she was very helpful, compassionate and supportive. She carried me along and sent out another set of the perfumes which I previously ordered. As a thank you She added two 5ml of perfumes and they smell amazing.

Hi just purchases 3 fragrances 100ml bottles. Number 101 velvet rose oud. Fabulous perfume .210lime basil and mandarin jo malone beautiful Fabulous perfume a d 29 poison dior .all 3 amazing perfumes I will definitely buy again they were on offer when I bought them a very good deal 'thankyou essence vault very happy 😊 customer.
I found this company really great to deal with. On my first purchase I ordered 3 x 100ml bottles and I loved two of the fragrances but was disappointed with one as I felt it wasn't an exact duplicate for the original one that I usually wear. I wrote an email to explain and was delighted to be offered and exchange. I dealt with Peter who was very kind and understanding and wanted to ensure I had a good experience with the company. Due to his great customer service I will definitely be ordering more perfume in the near future. My plan is to purchase some of the small samples on my next order to ensure I'm happy before I order the larger 100ml bottles. Very happy to highly recommend this company.
