They did say there was or might be dents but i thought they would be small but its ok delivery was reasonable and the delivery team was very polite and friendly and helpful

Excellent Service!

I made a visit to the Shop looking to buy an Oven and was really pleased with the service given. Arfan was very informative and helpful, I choose my Hinsense Oven and arranged a delivery date only 2 days after my order. As promised Arfan and his co-worker turned up on time and done a excellent job of removing my old appliance and taking it away aswell as installing and connecting my new one, which looks fab immaculate. I have not had chance to use as yet but Arfan made sure everything was working before leaving and removed all packaging. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future, excellent service!

I needed to get in touch after receiving my appliance. I emailed, 3 hours later, nothing. There is no telephone number so I used the chat service (I use the word 'service' very loosely) nearly 15 minutes after I sent my first message someone responded.Upside is that the appliance is as it was advertised and is definitely brand new

Amazing service!!!

Amazing serviceOrdered an american fridge freezer whose condition was as per the pictures (provided upon request). Being able to chose the delivery day to match my move in date was super appreciated, and the actual delivery service from Afan and Connor was absolutely outstanding and I couldn't thank them enough. Haven't plugged it in yet but I trust all is well. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my last delivery and installation 3 months ago service carried out by an individual named Carl.During the installation of my washing machine, Carl charged me £25 for a blue pipe. However, after completing the installation, he informed me that he could not position the washing machine properly into the designated slot, citing the presence of a gas pipe behind and claiming that the appliance was too large for the space.Upon closer inspection after he left, I discovered that the actual issue was that the blue pipe he installed was too short, which was the main reason the washing machine could not be pushed fully into the slot. As a result, the machine was left improperly installed, with nearly half of its body protruding outside the intended space.This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend Carl’s services based on the lack of professionalism and the inadequate installation provided, and the worst of all he also asked me to write a good feedback on him right after 🤦‍♂️

Rubbish

Delivered a dishwasher that leaked. Replaced it eventually, refused to take the faulty one away but the next one broke after three months. Ignored messages to replace the second faulty machine for weeks, then I had to wait until they got more stock. So after buying in February it took until September to get a working machine.
