Have used them for the past few years for my appliances, excellent service all round here. The delivery guys go above and beyond, they even took the doors off to get it in to my kitchen earlier this week, which I really didn't expect and I'm so glad they did because it goes so well with my new kitchen! thank you so much guys, I will be recommending you to everyone 😁😁😁
Jordan and Connor delivered my fridge/freezer and washing machine, and their service was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!
I had to leave my wife at home to take possession of our new Fridge freezer which was being delivered that day, the delivery arrived on time and the driver and helper delivered said fridge freezer perfectly into the kitchen. The driver then went through everything about the new device explaining it all to my wife. Arfan was very keen to know my wife had understood everything. Arfan was very polite and helpful. We will certainly be dealing with his company in the future.what a lovely chap and helper.
Great communication throughout went above and beyond when delivering as they needed to take doors off in order to get the appliance through - set everything up and checked everything was working correctly before they left - definitely using again 😀
Small business, and so communication was not always great, and delivery took longer than expected. However, turned up, installed new cooker, took away old and were polite and professional. Installation cost was significantly cheaper than high-street shops, and the cooker is as advertised. Would use again 👍🏻
Initially i was very upset at the lack of communication from the shop at home. Emails not being replied and a phone number that will always go to a voice message. After complaining on different social media platforms, i finally received an email from them very apologetic and letting me know they were short on staff and therefore it took them longer to reply.They also said they will let me know all the info i needed for my delivery on Monday.I received an email very early this morning saying my cooker was being delivered today.I just received it and although i haven’t opened it yet, everything looks great.The two gents that delivered the cooker were super nice and helpful.In my opinion if this company has a better customer service and keeps people updated on their order it’s great.We did not have the best start but they redeemed themselves and I would buy from them again.
Ordered a fridge freezer Tuesday 30th April with the impression I’d have a dispatch confirmation within 72hours. It’s now 3rd May and I’ve just had an email saying they have cancelled my order due to not having the stock? Who would you advertise it without actually having it. I now have to wait 10 working days for a refund, I am a mum with two under two and now have to pay for another fridge freezer which puts me in my overdraft as I don’t have the money to afford it. Wish I had checked trust pilot before I ordered as it seems a common occurrence!10/10 do not recommend!
Delightful experience buying my graded dishwasher from this company. Very friendly 2 man delivery team of Jordan and Connor arrived within the specified time window and cheerfully removed my old appliance for recycling before fitting the new one for me. Nothing was too much trouble and they were polite, courteous and respectful. 5 stars all round and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if I need a new appliance.
