UPDATE 3 - the S@H Director, Connor, called me to apologise for the delays and blamed a member of staff for the issues. He arranged collection the following day which he attended and the dryer was taken away and a refund was finally issued! If you're having similar issues call him on 01793 488663 to ask for a response. Glad they took responsibility and resolved the problem. My advice is to purchase from them using a credit card for full or part payment so at least you have Section 75 protection and be sure to leave a review.UPDATE 2 - It's now been over 5 weeks since we made a return request and still no collection of the faulty tumble drier and of course no refund. Sporadic and vague responses to my many, many emails and their live chat is a joke. Now stuck with a faulty tumble drier and lost over £300. Ongoing claim via our credit card via Section 75. FYI - I think most of their negative reviews have been posted against a company with the same name in Denmark in error (I made this mistake too).UPDATE 1 - faulty dryer, submitted a return request 1 day after delivery and all downhill from there! No response to request, limited response on live chat so now having to initiate Section 75 return via credit card. Very frustrating there's no phone number for Shop@Home.
I am extremely happy with my new Hisense Fridge which arrived within a couple of days of my ordering it online. It was listed at a great price (ie: half the usual retail price) as it was an ex display model, but when it arrived it was in excellent condition. The deliverymen arrived exactly when they said they would(despite travelling all the way from Swindon to Devon) were courteous, helpful, and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly use this company again.
Communicated re delivery upto when arrived at the door- product dishwasher installed and old one taken away- two very polite and helpful deliverers/ installers - very honest - this was 6pm and they still had two deliveries to go - Such hard workers and did it with a smile- product checked no leaks- can’t comment on it anymore as just arrived needs to work a bit first
After last review a manager rang, he had read my review and he was so sorry that I was unhappy. I was promised my missing shelf that I’ve waited months for by the 12 of December. Still waiting and they have ignored my last email asking why?!!!!
We bought an A grade fridge freezer but it arrived with deep scratches on the front door and a missing shelf. We were offered a measly £40 for the damaged front (which we accepted because we couldn’t face moving it again) and they offered a new shelf to be sent out as soon as possible. However they have not sent the shelf (it’s been 2 months since they promised) and they will not reply to our messages! Avoid buying from this company!
Bought a fridge freezer with a years warranty, after a few months it stopped working and all of our food perished, after three or more messages to the company on the website I was given a wrong email repeatedly and no help (eventually they just stopped responding) I sent three or more emails explaining the situation and it has been weeks or more with absolutely no response, this company is no good - it has now been months with no help and the fridge freezer after completely breaking down and becoming dangerous had to be removed, I would never use this company again.Update - they Contacted me after leaving a review within hours to say they have switched their email, and that is why there was no help, no where did they mentioning their own staff were giving giving out the wrong email multiple times or the fact that I had emailed the address that they provided in their own email twice and it was still ignored.
Delivery of fridgefreezer this morning. Was bit worried after reading reviews. First like say great company deal with. Delervery service spot on and on time no messing around. Secondly ex display fridge freezer 100 cheaper to wat i was willing pay description scuff scratch or dent but not visible when installed. Very true description. Dent n scratch but very non visible 100 pounds cheaper very happy and very impressed. Not sure why i read reviews huge stress over from what i describe as a true description of the goods ordered.
