OK, so they are a little difficult to get hold of to speak to, but you have to remember that they are not some massive company with dedicated customer service people etc. I found the best way to get in touch is via the online web chat. I originally ordered a fridge-freezer (Grade B) in black. The next day I saw they had the same in silver, but as is was grade C was a good chunk cheaper. I asked them if I could exchange if that was OK? By the time they replied it had gone out of stock again, but they said if I was OK to wait, they would be getting some more in. As we weren't in a rush we agreed.They did deliver the wrong one at first, but I probably had a hand in that seeing as I'd asked to exchange! They could have just left me with that one, but said they would pick it up and deliver the correct one (the following week).The delivery guys were very nice, and I felt really sorry for them having to come and take away the first one that was so difficult to get in the flat in the first place!That's another positive thing - they were happy to deliver to us on the 1st floor (with no lift). A lot of companies won't do that!! We didn't know what damage to expect with a Grade C, but we were impressed! A couple of small dents on the front/edge. The bottom panel at the back was quite damaged but who's going to see that?!!Very happy overall, and as long as I'm not in a rush for the item, would definitely use again. Cheapest I could find my fridge freezer by far.Thankyou Shop@Home.
I bought an American fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer both ex-display C, I would give a 5 star for the product, not a scratch looks brand new. Although the washer/dryer was missing the inlet pipe, had to go a store to buy.. anyways my problem is the communication and delivery… I moved address and once I received a notification with the delivery day, as it was before my end of tenancy I tried to change from the new house to the old… they confirmed it and than .. boom, got an email from them saying it was delivered, my partner start calling me desperate saying they delivered to the new address and just left it outside at the entrance and drove of!!! We had no keys to the property and the landlord was attending a funeral!!! We tried to get in touch with costumer service and also sent emails over but of course no reply… terrible folks, horrible experience.
Bought a fridge freezer at a very cheap price, I asked for pictures before it was sent out. It had a few minimal scratches that could be easily fixed but overall an excellent fridge freezer. It came within 5days and kept up to date and time with a tracking system.
The delivery guys wouldn't leave until the job was done right.they did an amazing job making sure nothing got damaged and they where so polite.freezer looks amazing for ex showroom few dents but that's why it was a bargin all in all I'd buy from shop@home again 10/10
Please guys they are really good customer service and very helpful and easy to get a hold of any situation u have they are there to this is were I will be shopping from from now on guy trust me it is all worth ever penny spent well thank u for love customer service and wanna say thank u the the Carrier that delivered my package and fix it up all for me really much appreciate ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I haven't received my hisense condenser dryer. Delivery was delayed and it was due to be delivered yesterday. Item was not delivered and I haven't heard back from them although I've been sending several emails. If I don't hear back from them I'll be asking for a full refund. What a waste of time..
