I have ordered 3 different products from this business and can not fault the service at all! 10/10! They were speedy with their replies when I have messaged on their portal or emailed! I had a slight problem, which was rectified almost immediately! I would highly recommend and have passed their website onto family and friends looking to purchase appliances from them!Delivery was faster than expected too!Thank-you for making my house move that little bit smoother!
I originally used Trustpilot and other social media channels to try to force a reply from theshopathome and it worked, receiving a telephone call the same day. A customer should not have to resort to such action and a company should not be organised in a way to require such action. I did promise the company that if the product was delivered as scheduled and as described that I would update my post on Trustpilot. Both the latter happened as promised. The communication from the courier was excellent as was the product. This outlet model has the potential to do well if it recognises customer communication is key to a successful business.
We ordered a Hisense fridge freezer from shop@home and there were some initial issues with damage in transit. They resolved the issue with a pristine new replacement and we are very satisfied with the end outcome. Snags happen in life but they sorted it out well.

Bought a tumble dryer, waited for it to be delivered, got an email saying it’s out of stock. Called the shop and asked about my order, was told it will be delivered by Thursday next week. I told them about the email and the story has changed to it’s been damaged and I was told 2-4 working days for refund, which today is Friday, so by Wednesday! I’ve got 3 small kids and need to do my laundry and clearly don’t have spare hundreds £ in my account to go and buy one somewhere else today! Terrible service, AVOID
Who wouldn't want an appliance at least £200 less than a 'new' model. It arrived quickly and efficiently. And it's immaculate, just a few scratches which we were told about. In our eyes it's NEW. We love it, wish we had found this family, friendly company sooner. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needing to buy a different appliance. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.Great correspondence from them , prompt and efficient. FAB.
