Very prompt and helpful service

I needed a refund for tickets I had bought as the event was cancelled. I emailed my request to the help desk and received a very prompt response from Sharlene, Customer service. Sharlenes reply was helpful, courteous and informative. I was very happy with the manner in which my request was handled. What an asset she is to the company.Thanks again Sharlene.
