Lani was amazing!

Lani was amazing!! Very helpful and respectful and handled me very well as I was a little grumpy.I don’t expect great customer service in NZ as it’s hard to find but Lani proved me wrong. She is an asset to Ticketmaster.

Great customer service

Great customer service in the wake of the pandemic. We were really disappointed to find that we could no longer able to make our event due to Covid-19 delays. The refund process was incredibly simple and quick which made things a lot easier for us.

Couldn't even be bother to read my query

I emailed to ask what my options were with my tickets should the promoter decide at a later point that they would exclude unvaccinated patrons from the event. Josephine took it upon herself to refund my tickets without my permission. I did not request a refund for my tickets at this time, so I'm very disappointed with the customer service.
