VERY DISSAPOINTED IN TICKETMASTER

The actual show was amazing and we enjoyed it immensely sorry the same couldn't be said for Ticketmaster booking system.When I booked i booked for 8pm showing which it told me i had and to wait while it reserved and held my tickets and then went to payment but did not tell me that it had allocated 10.30pm tickets until after I had paid by then I wasn't able to change them. Ridiculous time as the four of who went were senior citizens and not a good time for us to be going to a show.Then on the day of the show got a txt in the afternoon to say that the time had been pushed back even further to 11pm ...... just absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! by the time it finished and we got back to our hotel it was nearly 1pm.SO NO I AM FAR FROM IMPRESSED WITH TICKETMASTER AND WILL MOST LIKELY AVOID EVER USING THEM AGAIN.THERE WERE SEVERAL PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING ON THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW. FRIDAY 3RD OCTPBER VANGOGH DIGITAL EXPERIENCE.

Got a message asking how AKL 20 went and did we enjoy it. Actually asked for a refund Monday last week as we couldn't make the rescheduled date.and still haven't heard anything.

Very professional

Easy to book online and use phone to scan tickets for entry. I have also had experiences where due to Covid, events were cancelled or postponed. The refund or rescheduling process was easy and seamless.

I received a reminder email the day after the eventThere are too many promotional emails trying to get me to other events. I'm considering unsubscribing because of it.There are too many clicks to get to the barcode, and the site struggled to download.

Ticket purchase was easy

Ticket purchase was easy, But, through Covid-19, which is an issue for everyone the freezing of the tickets when i needed 43 was a scary couple of weeks, until they opened up again and i had the waitlist email to purchase tickets again. This is the New New. I get that. Kurtis on the phone, was very helpful and i do appreciate their calm manner when i ring with my silly questions. Thank you , I will keep purchasing with the hope that we are still going to be able to go to events when booked.

Difficult circumstances with lockdown levels being reviewed etc, and it was confusing to read that there were limited tickets available, only to click through to buy some only to be told there were no tickets. Fortunately we persevered over a couple of days! Holding tickets in phone app was easy, convenient and secure.
