Live music,world famous violinist.

The seats were right in front,with great views. The NZSO were accompanying Ann Sophie Mutter,the outstanding violinist, playing the music of John Williams. The conducter was Gemma New,who delighted us with her superb direction.

Highly suspect great

Crowd was in good form. Loved water was available as it is so hot inside the Trust Stadium and felt like no air conditioning on at all. More should be done for the heat inside trust arena. Its would be a health and safety hazard on the floor. This is every indoor concert I have ever been to there. Highly suspect were amazing

I would give you are zero if I could

I would give you are zero if I could. You ruined my night. I booked a ticket to the show 14 months in advance. That was a great seat; centre of the circle. Three hours before location was due to go up I got an email from Ticketek to say you had double sold the seat and were moving me. You didn’t say where to. And you sent the message to 7 minutes after your phone centre closed so there was no way I could talk to anyone. I would’ve liked to ask for a refund. Instead you left me with no options, as neither the Ticketmaster staff at venue, ballet nor the venues person could actually do anything. You suck Ticketek.

Easy, friendly service

Great service booking tickets. I like that you can pick your seats on a map and that you get helpful reminders before the event.

People seem to be reviewing the shows…

People seem to be reviewing the shows and not ticketmaster. I’ve just learned theres no point booking early to secure the best seats available as ticketmaster will just change your seats for worse seating at short notice and call it procedural necessity. What a load of crap they just wanted to give our tickets to a group so they move us to a worse spot because we’re only 2. They then have the nerve to sign the email Best Wishes Customer Service. They don’t care about tgeir customers or their experience!

I was taking an out of town friend for her 80th birthday treat. I spent a long time choosing seats in the circle only to be told by email the seats had been changed to stall seats. No explanation was given.The stall seats were fine but still a disappointment.
