Amazing service

Helpful Fan Support Team

The customer service team (Mario, and Katrina in particular) was able to assist me with a booking date change when I had an issue with the original date I had booked. They were very patient and polite with me, and was always willing to listen to what I had to say.It was overall a positive experience, and I would be more than happy to book tickets through Ticketmaster again in the future.

I can not get a copy of my tickets. I have emailed fan support and twice they have sent an email with PDF attachments of the tickets that have now arrived.Can I please get a copy of my tickets please. It is also not appearing on the app either.

Refund for a wrong date booking for Australian open
