Go to lots of concerts and have been to Riverstage lots of times over the decades, was probably in the first 20 people in line early to get close to the front of no seating to be abused and shit thrown at us to stand to see over the chair area. You can’t win this venue with the seats like that was a absolute nightmare

Terrific seats…probably five rows from the exit. Great view of the stage…. Fantastic live show…. My personal favourite was Judas Iscariot … magnificent voice. The entire cast were exceptional! Ironically my sister was there the previous evening seated in the third row from the stage, adjacent to a speaker. Her experience was very different… she spent the entire evening with her fingers in her ears because the music was just so overwhelming… such a shame … it truly was a magnificent production! Well done to the entire cast! Choose your seats carefully!
This website is terrible. I entered the queue and waited so I could buy tickets to Optus Stadium and when the time rolled around waited, not terribly long, but because I entered one membership number incorrectly had to go back to the queue. And why do you have to click three times to get to the validation page?Why do I continue to get screwed on the choice of seats? Being early to order you would think you would get good seats. Not so, my daughter who got her tickets 4 hours later received tickets that were just the same.When attempting to upgrade tickets you are only given the option to upgrade to only one section of the stadium, an area I did not want.Any time you decline the tickets and search again you are offered the same section, row and sometimes the very same seats.Previous years when ordering (not membership tickets - we have flexi membership so only three tickets) we have had the same type of problem and later found people who had bought days after us have been bought much better tickets (not that they paid more).
