Ticketmaster is difficult to contact. I have been trying to update my email address over the past month. No response to any emails and the phone number disconnects.

Worst ticket company

Very difficult to use and set up. Nightmare to navigate. Impossible to open at venue as 5g network was overwhelmed by everyone else trying to log on too. Hundreds of others also affected. Will not attend events again where Ticketmaster only option.

Difficult to access and can not call

Just found out could have booked tickets with actual event by calling (not obvious as online link sends to ticketmaster) and paid less of a bookong fee. Waste of time making an account just to book tickets now trying to see tickets but there is error logging on to ticketmaster at the moment.

Worst customer service everrrr

Worst customer service support I’ve ever experienced from an established company. It’s fine if you don’t need to change anything about your ticket purchase, but once problems arise, the customer support doesn’t help whatsoever. I asked a bunch of questions, they didn’t answer and instead wanted to cut off the conversation. What in the world?? Not to mention some of the replies were just copy and paste and not directed at my specific problem.
