Was not conducive to transferring tickets to teenagers

It was a very quick response but did not help me with my query. It is a system problem which is not very conducive to transferring tickets to teenagers who do not have a Ticketmaster account.

Booked tickets to Wicked at the Crow…

Booked tickets to Wicked at the Crow Perth. Wasn't happy with the seats so got in touch through their online form. They told me they will cancel but no information about the refund/ re issuance of gift card for days. Had to pay again for new sears! After almost a month as no communication about reissuance of gift card, i had to write to them to issue a gift card. They emailed back to say it has been issued but will be sent seperately by their finance team. I was relieved to hear that and didnt pay attention until I needed the gift card to book a show and checked all emails but found no giftcards. Have been following up by sending emails with them but all in vain. No one replies to emails and they havent resent the gift card that they previously sent- as per them it could even go to spam- which I regularly bulk delete. Even tried calling them but it wont connect. I will be reporting them to Ombudsman but just making others aware so you dont end up losing money dealing with this scam company

Billy was no help at all

Billy was no help at all, he preferred to play games rather than helping me on lock my account. Sadly d he sent me an SMS which he didn’t, gave me an inoperative phone to call him. I am sure he had a good laugh. As customer service is terrible I don’t expect anything will happen?? Will never use Ticketmaster ever again. I have picked Friday however the emails were over 4 days

Ticket master can suck a d!ck If I could I would put no stars. the meltdown This fuc king caused me to try and buy motocross tickets was unacceptable. It is easier to get into my bank account when I forgot the passwords then to buy fuc king motocross tickets on this fuc king site. This is bullshit and I’m not fuc king happy Ticketmaster, you can go fuc k yourself. Had to download the app just to buy the fuc king tickets 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I can't find a phone number

I can't find a phone number. Sent an email but no response. I booked a ticket to guys and dolls but booked the wrong day. I just want to change the date. I am worried that I will not be able to change the date because they take too long to answer me and loose my money as there seems to be a 24 hour window for changes to a booking.. very upsetting 😔
