Review Time
I went through a 3rd party website, to book a parcel collect with TNT. The TNT driver appeared to pick up delivery, the labels I attached to the parcel stated TNT and the driver who picked up the item was in a TNT van.The TNT head office rang me and were ok to talk to me at this point regarding collection of my item but now that they have lost the item apparently they cannot speak to me and I need to go through the 3rd party site. I cannot seem to find out where the item I post over 2 weeks ago is located at present and TNT seem completely unwilling to help. I would not advise anyone to use this service if you actually want your item delivered!Seem completely unwilling to help with getting this issue resolved and yes I know I booked through a 3rd party but it wasn't them that lost my item it was TNT!.No customer service to speak of!Also why does your parcel tracker say I can contact your customer service team to follow up when you have made it very clear I cant and that you do not wish to speak to your customers?
