Unfortunately I had to put one star as there is nothind less than that!!I highly encourage whoever reads this review to stay away from TNT. They are incredibly unreliable and absolutely incompetent in assisting their customers. If there is a problem with your delivery they don't make any contact with their customer, and if you have to rely on the tracking system,as you unfortunately do, then good luck!!, it gives misleading information. Using them its like throwing your money down to the toilet. Actually it probably has a better value doing that!!
Great service could not fault I tried lots of courier s to try and deliver two chairs from sligo to cork all said the same thing over 1 metre in height they could no take but this company said no problem picked them up and the following day I received them in perfect condition all for a reasonable price infact a lot cheaper then other company's
I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad, I always have great service from this company sending around Ireland and to the UK. The driver is always on time to collect and the tracking service is updated regularly and accurate. From my experience this company is a lot more reliable than other couriers in Ireland and I will definitely continue to use them.
They didn't deliver the packages on time. I checked the tracking number and saw a text stating that I had requested a change of date due to a holiday. This is not true, of course, but a nice excuse for the delay. Now I can see that they plan to deliver 5 days later than when it was supposed to be delivered. In other words, the packages are held for 7 days in their depot in Tallaght without managing to deliver and it took 3 days to arrive there from Seville. To put it in mild terms, it is such an inefficient and unprofessional service! Just stay away if you could.
Have a similar story as Sergio posted. Cancelled all my shipping on 21.09 before collection and asked for refund. The problem was that the card was charged 4 times but I was creating only a shipment for 1 parcel and the system was saying “payment failed” all the time and did not create any labels for me. Later, at night I got 4 notifications of booking but supposed to be just 1. I called customer support to calcel all the shipments and asked for refund. They said that payments processed by third party which I need to contact by email option on the website. I contacted 3 times, still no results. If anybody ever dealt with refunds from TNT.com, can you please share how you managed to get the refunds. As I am sick of their useless customer support who does not know anything. Do not deal with them!!!!
I order a few bit from china. Got a call of TNT on the 14-sep-2020 to pay import tax. Paid it was told I have it the next day. A week later. Still no package. I rang up the office but they said they can't do anything. Not even to ring the driver to find out where he is or if he has the package. I guess the drive for Clonakilty must be brain dead if he can't use google map.Poor service.No Help in the officeStill no package week later
Package was not delivered as eBay promised.Someone entered the wrong address for some unknown reason.TNT Useless customer service. After being on hold for ower 30 minutes One of the office raised said that he would figure it out and everything was gone forever and didn't pick up the phone.The day before, they called from the TNT company clarified the correct address and promised to deliver the next day.The day went by delivery time expired but I never got anything .
Avoid like the plague.Their "state of the art" payment system commits transactions even if there are errors meaning that if you miss to enter some information or if entered in the wrong format the payment will still go through. I had a couple of errors and was charged 3 times. It took weeks to have somebody from support replying to my emails and that only after threatening with legal action. Forget about contact via phone, you will not get through, I never did manage to. Then it took them months to track the extra payments, they even got the amounts wrong despite providing them all the info from the very beginning. Not a clue whatsoever, more than two months after the initial contact they managed to track the payment and still took them another month to reimburse me while giving the usual crap "so and so are on annual leave......" as an excuse. Goes without saying that I give them 1 star because I cannot give 0.
