Review Time
Somone will respond shortly-responds after 24hours at best. Call out support line - waiting 30min multiple time no answer. Status( delivering - took a day off so losing money at 16.44 got notification - time constraint prevented delivery.Correcting review.I still do stand behind points mentioned above.But after couple of constant emails managed to deliver in shortly changed address.Still getting parcel did take more effort than needed.If any of TNT reads this.I do not mind longer waiting times compared to other couriers better to have workers who are not overworked and given nice lunch breaks.But please give your drivers work phone so they can be contacted.Not everyone leaves in easy accessible locations.Improve response times when support gets back to you email or phone.And update tracking at least 3-4 times a day instead once in 24 hours.Hope next time there will be service experience worthy of 5 stars.
I sent a parcel on the 26th of May and it has never been delivered. It is just sitting in the destination city and I cannot get in contact with TNT to even find out why. Their customer service is non existent. I spent ten minutes on hold and they then disconnected the call. Do not use them!
Wanted to send a package to a friend in France for Christmas. Problems began almost immediately with the order and I had to request a new label to print. Ordered through Parcel2go, I chose TNT as the courier. TNT shows up the next day in an unmarked van, I send it off. Package basically disappeared as soon as it gone on the van, which I discovered when I went to track the package a few days later. A few weeks of back and forth with Parcel2Go customer service, while cordial, did not provide any evidence that the package was being looked for. I had to open a lost inquiry after some time. I di inquire separately with TNT customer service, who said they couldn't help me as I had ordered through p2G and should contact them. Eventually TNT contact P2G, who then contact me, informing me that the package was not 'lost', but TNT required 'alternative contact details' for the consignee. This is after about a month of no contact with TNT and the package is nowhere to be found. I had to ask for specification of what 'alternate contact details' meant, which took more time, which turned out to be a 'phone number'.I provided the contact details twice which were apparently ignored and the package was sent back to me, almost two months later. Package probably never even left the van.
Waited in all day for a delivery which TNT said would be there before 18.00.No parcel arrived.I checked the tracking and it said a message had been left at 18.46 as their was nobody home.Total lies. If a message has been left, where is this message. As for nobody being home, total lies, again. The house has been occupied all day.Still waiting for TNT customer service to get back to me.Zero stars for TNT.
What a sh..ty companyWe import a lot of goods from China and have been using different shipping companies over the past years. But I can guarantee that there is no other shipping company worst than TNT.Just to tell you about this last shipment that we still have not received. It is a shipment that has been on its way for almost 3 WEEKS. Just last week we sent a shipment with Fedex and we received it today but the TNT shipment is still on its way. Contacted over 20 times and the system was showing the shipment was here in Dublin. We were contacted by their import department and paid all the custom charges last Friday and were told we would receive them by Monday (today) and no sign of it. Contacted the customer service and were told we would receive it today and just an hour later the system suddenly changed mind and the shipment was shown to be in the UK again. Seriously>???? Contacted the customer service again and yes out of 8 packages only one is in Dublin and the rest are still in the UK. Interesting enough the one single package in Dublin will not be delivered as they are waiting for other packages!!!!!!! We have tried their sh..ty service several times but not a single good experience. I don't know how a shipping company can survive like this.
My lawyer had sent a document to me from Italy to Ireland a week ago. The envelop was delivered today and it was violated and the document is missing. I called the costumer service and they said they could not do anything because I signed the receipt when the envelop was delivered and that I should have reported immediately, but I DID NOT sign anything!! I went to TNT office em Dublin and the attendant was very rude and said it was my fault because the delivery was not registered. It is TNT RESPONSABILITY!!!! The worst service ever!!!! They are just problem makers!!! I do not recommend for anyone this company!! It is not safe and they do not do anything to help you!! AVOID!!!!
Another corporate company that does not care for its customers! My company sent products to the US and they arrived broken and some missing/stolen (by manhandling of FedEx staff, the worst of the worst). This was reported in time to TNT but due to some technicalities the claim was not submitted "online" by due date.. TNT now says they cannot address the issue because of this technicality..nice people, Fiona Wolfe from TNT must be the least helpful person i know!I encourage people to rather use reputable couriers like DHL, one pays for what one gets!
Incapable of delivery to Co. Meath. I had ordered a parcel from amazon.co.uk and wasn't available to collect it from the carrier when they came over to my house. So they left a note with the details to arrange another delivery.Their website for this does not work and just generates errors. I was on the phone with their customer service team (incompetent!) who assured me two days ago saying it would be delivered yesterday. After waiting for the whole day at home, I rang customer support asking what had happened, only to find out that the parcel in question had not even left the depot!!!Now waiting for them to redeliver today (hopefully, although not hopeful!)...Otherwise I guess I'll just have to head over to Tallagh to collect it myself, and hopefully talk to some manager about the issue!
