TNT/Fedex - Their accounts receivables in Ireland have not been crediting payments and ignoring all emails. Since they do not take calls, the only way to communicated is via email. The contents of the emails are ignored and persistent demand for payment on an account that should be in credit is diabolical. T

WORST EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Literally the worst company ever, avoid at all costs!! My bag has been stuck in tnt for over a month now with not a single email or message to explain why! You try to get in contact with them and they give fake numbers that will leave you on hold all day. I’m at wits end and just want my suitcase back and have nowhere else to turn right now.

3 months & nobody to answer or reply!! AVOID

This company is unreachable! They are sending me a bill for DUTY for which I bought prior to BREXIT but delivered in January due to their competence. I rang 20x times and send numerous email with proof and this company seems non existent! Worst possible customer service. I would rather swim seas and deliver in person then use this incompetent crowd!!

Absolutely horrendous. They lie - don’t be fooled. Couldn’t rate TNT Tallaght any worse. Zero customer care. Save yourself the despair and use another service - any other service.

These People are Liars !

These People are Liars !Phantom delivery attempts, Lying tracking info, Lying customer services.. Absolute shambles !.If your parcel ends up in the Tallaght depot then you are subject to these people just lying to you about the status of delivery.... Don't believe a word they tell you.I'm surprised they are allowed to operate.Cowboys !

Very bad experience with tnt ireland

Very bad experience with tnt ireland, They provide tracking and i was waiting for delivery at home and they updated tracking that parcel is delivered in good condition and i am still waiting for parcel, they didn't deliver and saying me we delivered. They even don't provide driver contact details to ask him where he through my parcel.

None of the departments have any idea…

None of the departments have any idea of what they are doing it’s a miracle that this company exists. The utter incompetence is shocking. Every call you make to discharge vat turns out to be the wrong number. Each call has a hold time upward of 20 minutes. Invoice directs you to a payment site which is not related to tnt but their sister company fedex and payment cannot be processed here. If you have anything to ship use an alternative provider to save your customers the pain of having to deal with this mess.

Parcel stuck in TNT Tallaght since June (87 Days)

Update 15/09/2021Our parcel is now stuck in Tallaght since the 23rd of June with no end in sight. We can't get it released at all. It's a disgraceful service. I have never come across a delivery service that's holds on to your parcels and thinks it's ok to give an excuse that they are processing a large volume of parcels. We were told it cleared customs in mid July and then told a month later it hadn't cleared customs. Every response from them is unhelpful, and we continue to be told that a high volume of parcels, Brexit and VAT changes are causing the delay but no other carriers appear to have an issue that is this serious! This is their core business and they can't deliver on it. Issue is now going on for 87 days... & it’s now mid September! It’s just astounding…. Mobile App updates every day saying ‘Tallaght - Shipment arrived at TNT location’ it must be going around in a never ending loop in Tallaght! Soon it will be a 1/4 of a Year since the goods were shipped. It took 2 days to get to Tallaght from the UK and it is now on a shelf there for 85 days. That’s an astonishing poor record for a delivery service……87 DAYS IN TOTAL, SHAMEFUL!!!!!! Think carefully before you use TNT and be prepared to wait a very long time. This post will be updated regularly until this matter is resolved so future customers can be fully aware of what to expect when using TNT.

One start is too much for them

One start is too much for them. My parcel arrived in Tallaght on the 18th of July. After one month waiting, the current status is still in Tallaght. I phoned a few times and all with the same answer. It is in the customs, and they are the 3rd party so TNT can't do anything..... I purchased clothes and school bag for my five years old son for his school which starts next week. And now I have to spend extra money to buy everything again. I would never use TNT in the future.
