My experience with TNT has been extremely disappointing. I paid for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, 1st April, and it still has not been delivered. I received a call on Thursday claiming the driver couldn’t reach the address, only to discover that the address was cut off in your system. After correcting it, I was promised delivery on Friday — nothing arrived.
What made the situation worse is the complete lack of accessible customer support. Your website redirects me to FedEx, and FedEx then tells me to contact TNT. When I call the number provided, it loops me back to FedEx again. There is no way to reach a TNT agent, no escalation option, and no functional support channel.
This is not acceptable for a logistics company. I rely on this delivery for my work, and the combination of failed delivery, poor communication, and an unusable support system has caused significant disruption. TNT needs to fix both its delivery reliability and its customer service pathways urgently.

Driver failed to show-up for a collection - no apology, no effort to reschedule. Called their FedEx support number (they own TNT since 2016), and on their end it said the packages were collected despite the fact I was still looking at them! Had to tell them I wasn't hallucinating when they tried again to insist they'd been collected. Cannot recommend this firm - totally unreliable, and clearly untrustworthy..
A case on a pallet was delivered to me damaged by TNT/Fedex, the contents were also damaged as a result. Looks like it may have been dropped. Now sending the case and contents back to get repaired. The supplier has AGAIN booked TNT/Fedex, this time to collect and return. They haven't turned up to collect the shipment when they said thay would, customer service is not helpful in any way. Keep getting fobbed off and told to refer to the website having taken the day off from work to facilitate this. TERRIBLE experience with this company, avoid if possible.
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!!a) package should have been delivered (within EU, so no customs) within 3 day's, still don't have it after 2 weeks ....b) package got 'damaged' is mentioned if I use tracking code ...c) totally no info to receiver, TNT not reachable via any means of communications ....I'm so glad that our company decided to switch to DHL in the future ....
I consider it a waste of time and my money to bepaying for TNT. I wanted to watch Friday Fight Night, which was box office. I could not because it wasn't listed. I am paying Sky Ireland more than one hundredeuro for my viewing and broadband. Broadband is OK but viewing and especially TNT have a hell of a lot of catching up to do. I am going to review my products with sky Ireland, I am not going to pay for poor service.
ZERO STARS! They have the complete full address including Eircode, confirmed by me and the shipper. Been over a week and still no package. They say they need a unit number to deliver, which is bull, they have the address. (We don't have a unit number) First, they made me email for clearance, which isn't needed, and then said they returned the parcel. Guess what? Lying, and it never left Tallaght. Sounds like a little scam is going on over there. Bet lots of items end up in someone's car. As of now, STILL WAITING, but don't worry it's on the way to the closest delivery depot, regardless of being held only 35 minutes from my address. Absolute garbage.
Absolute disaster of a courier company, and masterful liars to boot. My package has been in Tallaght since June 6th, and remains there, and no one knows why. Not the seller who sent me the goods, nor the courier who has it, but doesn't know where it is. If you ever see TNT is the courier responsible for your delivery, go elsewhere.
