I want to share my story too.

I want to share my story too.My parcel is stuck in Tallaght since the 21 April 2021. Its been a week and they keep telling me the same story ( it will be up to delivery tomorrow) and have any sorts of excuse just to fool you. Sent several emails, called many times, even went to the depo myself to end this nightmare as soon as possible but after driving for 30 min when entered the office i was escorted to the door in less than a minute cause they cant do anything about my situation and i had to call a number in the uk. What is annoying me more is i had lovely food from Italy sent from my family (and stuffs for my child) and now im sure they are ready for the bin. God knows if they lost my parcel and just wasting my time so i dont ask for a refound. Needless to say avoid this company at all cost they are worst then an post.

The original delivery was scheduled for…

The original delivery was scheduled for Friday on the 2nd. For no reason and without any contact it was rescheduled for Tuesday the 6th before 9am. At 10am I contacted the costumer service who are polite but nonetheless useless to tell me that the delivery will take place on Tuesday but until 6pm. At around 4pm I looked at tracking site only to be informed that a non-existing delivery took place but I was not able to be reached, despite being home all day after taking the day off to make sure of the delivery. I contacted again the costumer service only to be told that the hope to deliver the parcel maybe tomorrow. Unacceptable if can be considered service. I was also told that I will be contacted by a supervisor. Guess what I haven’t.

Having missed a delivery while not at…

Having missed a delivery while not at home, the driver went out of his way to rearrange. Customer service via the U.K. phone number was also excellent (especially on a Bank Holiday weekend)

I understood why majority of the people…

I understood why majority of the people rate so low.Unfortunately the company from where I placed the order for a product has the agreement with TNT.It's not good to say the least.Quality of Service (e.g. QoS) is behind the competitors.Why does the tracker still say my parcel is "Shipment in transit" in Netherlands. The tracker don't say it's being delayed.They don't deserve any review at all.

This Delivery Company is Waste Hold…

This Delivery Company is Waste Hold parcel around 2 weeks! and when delivery men is coming he bring to wrong address to my neighbour, I cache hem, a tell hem this is my package, and tell hem all information, he said that is not your package and still move my package to neighbours, really crazy stuff, not friendly, and customer service not answer on email etc...Never use this shiitt delivery Company! NOT RECOMMENDED! 😡

I do wish I had an option for no stars

I do wish i had an option for no stars. Absolutely rubbish. Had a shipment that arrived on the 10 feb and todays 20 feb haven't received it but received an email to tell me its been shipped back to the sender. After talking to them over the phone for the past couple of days to confirm the address. Apparently my shipment was returned because their system doesn't except UK phone numbers. Even the customer service agents on calls and chat have no understanding and lazy as apparently had no notes put in with information provided which means you need to repeat yourself every time you call. I was also told that the TNT depot in Dublin do not pick up calls regularly which shows lack of communication. They have cost me more than the shipment value.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, lack of care and communication. Couldn't get a straight answer from anyone, got passed along. Simply not good enough from one of largest delivery companies. No accountability, I understand the delays with Brexit and Covid but that's reason to not just be honest and fair.

Pathetic

My Parcel arrived in Tallaght Depot on Jan 9th 2021. This is 16th Feb and absolutely no sign of parcel being delivered to me. In fact I received Absolutely no communication from them at all. I have messaged and emailed them. I got back in touch with the company I ordered from and they tried to intervene, to no good. I phoned TNT Customer Services - that too was a waste of time... I would have given "0" Star for experience with TNT if possible

NEVER USE TNT

Has TNT gone out of business? They dumped my order from the UK in a warehouse in Dublin. It has been there since 4 February. Their support says they cannot help me. They said it is awaiting customs clearance. I think that is probably a lie. I see that many others are in the same situation. I called all the ombudsmen and consumer help companies and they can give no help. This is crazy. Isn't anyone in charge anymore?Can someone please help?March 8 2021Update:After more than 3 weeks of non action I had a call from TNT asking for VAT and customs duty which I promptly paid. I was told it would definitely be delivered that day or the next. I finally got it four days later.Update July 2021About three months after I had paid the VAT and customs charges TNT SENT ME ANOTHER BILL FOR THE SAME AMOUNT! Luckily I had kept the receipt that I had demanded they email me back in March. After another couple of weeks they emailed back 'apologising for the inconvenience'.So don't deal with TNT , but if you are forced into it, KEEP THE RECEIPTS.Update August 12 2022It is unbelieveble but TNT has sent me the same bill for the third time! Luckily, I have kept all the correspondence.They are either terminally incompetent or else trying to get money fraudulently. I am going to report them to the authorities. (Not that I anticipate anybody will do anything in this 'don't care' society.NEVER EVER USE TNT.

RUBBISH SERVICE

Well driver in vicinity in town 10 minutes to us in Wednesday asked for aircode, told him, said he couldn't find it? Strange cos I put in maps and Google and what do you know pops up. Said I get it tomorrow, Thursday was told on phone and chats was out for delivery up to 6, yes no delivery, rang Friday 9.15 told it was out for delivery, no sign by 2pm, so got in touch, told was still in Dublin get it Today, Saturday. No sign got in touch and trying to tell me tried delivering yesterday??? What a load of rubbish, now I am expected to believe be Monday? Funny their tracker don't verify this? Only note saying out for delivery was Wednesday? Absolute die carry on.
