The worst most useless organisation I…

The worst most useless organisation I have ever dealt with. We paid vat and customs on an import and they refused to send us a vat invoice and payment receipt even though they are obliged to do so. Worse is that their terrible staff are not even aware of their obligations. Truly abyssal company.

My delivery was checked into Cork

My delivery was checked into Cork, but there was no movement on the shipmemt, saying delay, shipment in transit so I contacted the team at TNT.so rude, very amused that i had not contacted the merchant, even though I had been following their track and trace App. They said there was paperwork missing and the merchant needed to be contacted. I asked if they were contacting them to inform them they needed paperwork, they said no, and why didnt i contact them myself, they had no contract with me, and they were not responsible to me, just their supplier. The lady i was talking to was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

Don’t use TNT - Another post !

Another post !Still no delivery - nearly 4 weeks now and my delivery from UK to Ireland is still in the TNT warehouse in Dublin and I cannot get a person to talk to or email !AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !Package 145075810

Dreadful company avoid at all costs..

Dreadful company avoid at all costs... The package arrived from within the EU, arrived in Dublin they sent it to Cork by mistake, arrived back in Dublin and they've basically said they don't know when it will be delivered 1 week later still no delivery

They almost stole a ELECTRICK GENERATOR € 900 .For a long time Dublin costumer support called until I found the costumer support in England when we just found my generator when England sent a complaint to Dublin.

Driver no show. Still Chasing TNT for Refund.

Driver did not show up to collect shipment.Helpdesk phone is to UK who cannot process refund.Got reply after sending online contact form twice, but I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund.

They even does not deserve 1 star

They even do not deserve 1 star. This is worst company every I seen. Customer service is catastrophe. Expecting delivery time was 24/48 hour. The package was sent on 23 December, today is 6th January but I am still waiting. Avoid that bad company.

It is a shame I cannot give zero stars.... Unreliable, expensive, bad customer care... You pay for a delivery but they give no guarantees on when or even if it will be delivered. In two words "run away" from this "scam company"
