Fabulous pens from Toms Studio, I have the Field Mouse and the Wren, I've bought cheeky refill inks and ALL come beautifully made, beautifully packaged and they are a joy to write with - they really do make you want to write more, re-discover the joy of letter writing, postcards writing, sketching - pure joy. Just mulling over whether to treat myself to a brass Wren.If you love beautifully designed/made things you MUST check out Tom's studio
I love my pens and ink from Tom’s studio. I use the water proof ink in one of a number of lumos pens. Feels stylish and sustainable at the same time. And as a bonus they always send a tea, the mint is a particular favourite. They go the extra mile
I’m not new to Tom’s Studio pens my love is Lumos - Mini, Single or Duo. I have Wren write offs but the Brass in a Wren format has been calling me for a while. I love it - either with lid off or attached, preferring the weight when lid is attached, it’s not too heavy for me, but it is meaty. The nibs are too broad for my writing style so I have purchased the finer Wren nib which is perfect. It’s a beautiful well made writing machine, built for endurance - try it, or indeed any of Tom’s pens and you won’t be disappointed
I have ordered from Tom’s several times over the past few years and now own a number of their pens and inks. Every purchase experience has been pleasant. Shipping to the US has been straightforward and quite fast. I appreciate the small extra touches like special tea bags and ink samples. This is a great company that I love supporting.
I own four products from Tom's Studio and am delighted with each one of them. They are beautifully engineered and designed, they were delivered on time and exactly according to instructions, and I am enjoying using them immensely.
A lovely little pen, The Wren, fits nicely into my small bags pocket, with my little sketch book for easy travel. It fills easily with the ink provided and goes further than you'd think for such a small pen. The ink flow is good and the nib gives a sharp line. I do prefer a smooth rounded pen, rather than the multi edges of the Wren barrel, in my hand. But that is a preference rather than an issue. And made from recycled materials to boot. I love it and would recommend the Wren to anyone.

Hand-crafting creative tools you'll look forward to using every day and treasure for the rest of your life. The idea for Tom's business came from watching his wife Gemma use a plastic mass-produced calligraphy pen which he felt didn't match the quality of her beautiful work. With his background in furniture and product design which he studied at university and his experience of working in a blacksmith's forge, he decided to make her a better pen that she would love using every day.See more
