Review Time
The website is easy to use, the products stand up to almost industrial use (I use them every day and I am not overly careful - more than once they've bounced off the floor), and perform as expected. I rarely give anyone a five-star review - but Tom's has earned it.
This company is wonderful. The pens are amazing. Such works of design and function. The customer service is top notch. Delivery is timely. I am in the US. Best international delivery I've ever experienced. Do not hesitate purchasing these pens. You'll be addicted like me. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
Great products, great craftsmanship - I love to use particularly the Lumos - I now have two for quite different purposes. I am also using various colours from different vendors including Edelstein Ink of the year and others. Clear recommendation, and worked like a charm within the EU...
The pen is so great I ordered another one for my husband. The delivery coming from abroad was quick although it was held up by the post office for taxes and I don't blame this on Tom's Studio. Would recommend the product and Tom's studio to everyone especially as it is an environmentally friendly product!
