I have now purchased the watercolours

I have dip pens and fountain pens for Tom’s studio and love them both so much so that I have now purchased watercolours and brushes to use in my nature journaling and as expected they are all good quality and lovely to use. The watercolours colours are bright and nice to work with giving a good variance and ideal for the journal.

I really wanted to love my wren pen

I really wanted to love my wren pen. Loved the concept and look. However for ever day writing / notes, it’s just not right for me. It’s too small / short, barrel is slippy and caused me cramp. Very sad as it’s beautiful and well made. However having spoken to Kelly I’ve managed To resolve things. Amazing and understanding customer service. Superb quality and service. Thank you.

Gorgeous pens

Gorgeous pens presented in thoughtfully made recyclable packaging. My partner loves his pens and uses them every day at work.

I absolutely love these pens

I absolutely love my pens. I got the double lumos and a fountain pen. Both incredibly well made. They’re writing instruments, not just pens. The quality is very high. You can tell even screwing together the pieces and snapping the fountain pen cap on and off what high quality they are (hard to explain—you have the try it yourself). They’re easy to refill (maybe wear gloves at first till you get the hang of it). I can’t imagine buying regular ball point/razor tip/ gel etc. disposable plastic pens again. They’re everything the company claims they are and more. They ship quickly and ordering is easy. Treat yourself !

A joy to use.

I love that Tom’s studio creates such beautiful, long lasting utilitarian treasures. And helping the environment while doing so. Working with my lovely pens ( One dip pen, the Wren and Field mouse) and my mechanical pencil gives me such joy. I’m sure that the pleasurable experience improves my art.😉 Oh, and how could I forget my wonderful Lumos pen! I have a wish list of many more of Tom’s creations.

I love ordering directly from Tom’s Studio

I love how attentive to detail the people of Tom’s Studio are. The packaging is so beautiful and well put together. I love the tea sample that is included with my order, too. I look forward to continuing to use my pen, and I look forward to future orders as well!

Poor quality tat

Poor quality, foreign made tat. Don’t fall for their Facebook adds. They’ve turned the reviews off, for a reason.

Totally fabulous Pens, Teas and Inks

I cannot rave enough about Tom's Studio Lumos and Wren pens (or for that matter their tea!) As a writer I love that I can change the ink colours which helps spark the creative mind. The design is beautiful, the lid screws neatly in the end when removed so you don't lose it. They come with a full set of different nibs so you can experiment and a little pot of ink to get you started. The whole ethos of less plastic waste and reusing plastic waste by turning it into some of the pens appeals to me. I think their products are well thought out and you can tell they really care about the customer experience. The little sachet of tea is a great personal touch and a lovely surprise in the box too. Yes these pens are an investment but I would highly recommend all the pens I've brought so far and can't wait to get a calligraphy one in the future with some lovely metallic inks. Totally fabulous and totally worth it.

Pure pigment in a half pan size

Pure pigment in a half pan size. A few drops of water transforms the dry pan into a glorious deep shade, easy to use for dense colour or washes over sketches. I will definitely be ordering more!
