I visit the store in Jacksonville, NC regularly. I am always treated well by the staff, and they almost always have exactly what I'm looking for. Their sales and specials are great, and their company brand pet food is excellent (4 Health) with excellent expert reviews. Great company and great store.
This so-called Tractor Supply store is really a pet supply store. this store has two isles with tractor parts and some other isles with things associated farm supplies. This store isn't anything like Central Tractor of the past. If you want pet supplies this is your store. I do not shop at this store other than bolts & nuts.
Went into my local Tractor Supply store here in Edgewood NM to by a security cable. Found what I needed and went to check out. At the register there was a lady making a payment on her layaway account. Three of us in line waited for about ten minutes before the cashier called for back up. This is the norm for this store. Never enough people to do the job. I left my item on the counter when it was obvious it was going to be awhile before I could make my cash purchase and walked out. Never again will I shop Tractor Supply in Edgewood NM. There are many other stores with better prices and better employees willing to take my money.
For a company as large as tractor supply their website is absolutely the worst to navigate, slow, and online ordering is terrible. Store employees can cancel parts of your order and it's just like you have to accept it. The website it's just absolutely the worst I can't even explain everything that's wrong with it. Make sure you price compare anything you're going to buy a tractor supply you may be able to get it a lot cheaper very local
Tractor supply prices are much more competitive in communities that have a rural king why do they charge so much more when there is no rural king? Almost insulting and I mean by40% or more buyer beware pay the shipping for rural king and save dollars
The TSC in Highland NY Sucks. I spend about 1k Month there for supplies and farm stuff.. Bought one of there Own Life Time warranty wheel barrows (Groundworks Pro) and Tube cracked and broke, tire split in one year. Took it back AND MGR DVISED ME THEY COULD NOT REPLACE IT? I'm a Good Neighbor Plus member and should not need a receipt? Mgr of this store sucks!
Can't believe how bad the website is. Everything difficult and ads loading waste an enormous amount of time. Ever time I try to click on something it's moved and I get the wrong thing. Too much crap. I don't finish ordering half the time because of the nonsense. Bad bad bad
Tractor Supply has lost their minds and a customer!! The 8’x3’x2’ stock tanks I use for raised gardening have increased over 50% in two years and over 100% delivered. Just plain and simple ripping folk off!! I’m sure they blame Biden and folks let ‘em get away with it. I won’t buy the stock tank or anything else from them.
