WHAT DIDN'T GO WRONG?? WEBSITE WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND STOCK WAS NEVER UP TO DATE SO 50% OF THE 9 ORDERS WERE CANCELLED SO I JAD TO SHOP TWICE FOR EVERYONE. EACH ITEM WAS CHARGED SEPARATELY SO KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY CHARGED WAS A TOTAL JOKE. HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 20 CALLS TO SHOW THIER ERRORS AND SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE POINTING THESE OUT SO I COULD BE REFUNDED SENSE ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. BUT MY LOCAL STORE WHERE I HAVE BEEN BUYING 50 LBS BAGS OF DUCK FOOD FOR 8 YEARS AVG.$120 PER MONTH AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH AT ALL. I HAD ONLY ONE OF MY 6 ONLINE ORDERS NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AT ALL. THIS LAKE ELSINORE TSC ONLY HAD ONE ORDER THAT THEY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH AND THATS ALL THEY COULD SEE WAS CALLING ME A THIEF BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW I HAD OTHER ORDERS. TRIED TO TAKE BACK TWO PAIR OF JEANS THAT I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS PAID MY FRIEND TO TAKE ME TO THE STORE BECAUSE I DONT DRIVE TO EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT SIZE. FIRST THEY SAID I WAS TRYING TO RETURN SOMETHING I ALREADY WAS REFUNDED FOR "NOT" IN FRONT OF PEOPLE AND THEN WOULDN'T LET ME GET THE RIGHT SIZE THAT THEY HAD IN STOCK AND SAID THEY ARE NOW $17.99 AND NOT $9.99 ARE YOU KIDDING ME ACCUSED OF STEALING AND HUMILIATION IN PUBLIC AND ALL OVER A PAIR OF $9.99 JEANS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 6 TIMES TO REPORT THIS ABUSE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS 6 TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HUMILIATION RUINING MY CHRISTMAS BEING CALLED HORRIBLE NAMES AND ACCUSATIONS WHEN THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT I HAD ORDERED. NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME I'M SURE IT'S DUE TO NOT HAVING A CLUE WHY THIS HAPPENED EITHER. SO I WILL NEVER SHOP SWPEND ANOTHER DIME OR TO REFER ANYONE WOULD BE SENDING THEM STRAIGHT TO HELL. DON'T SHOP AT TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME, MONEY, RESPECT AND JUST BEING TREATED WITH HUMAN COURTESY.!! "GO BACK IT'S A TRAP" HOW DARE ANYONE ASSUME ANYTHING WHEN THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. I'M BANNED NOW FROM THER STORE SO MY DUCKS WONT BE FED ANYMORE. 8 YEARS AND THEY SCREW THE DUCKS TOO BECAUSE I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF LETTING THE RUDE PEOPLE AT MY RETURN THAT THEY SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO AND SHOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE THAT WAY. THE WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND MY DUCKS THAT I FEED DAILY LOSE. I DON'T DRIVE AND THERE IS NO WHERE ELSE TO GET DUCK FOOD DELIVERD. IM SCREWED THE DUCKS ARE SCREWED ALL OVER ASSUMPTIONS. THE MANAGER OF THE STORE DON IS SO MISS TRAINED AND TO CALL ME A THIEF IS JUST DISCUSTING AND HE NEED S A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS AND SHOULD BE FIRED. I WAS AND IM THE FLIPPEN CUSTOMER. WHAT A TOTAL JOKE AND THAT STORE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THE OWNER OF TRACTOR SUPPLY NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT THIER EMPLOYEES ARE DOINF AV=CTING LIKE AND PUSHING AWAY REAL MONEY PAYING CUSTOMERS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.... HAPPY NEW YEAR AND SAVE YOURSELF AND TIME SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU ENJOY UTTER DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT... WHO TRAINED THESE PEOPLE LOL SERIOUSLY GO BACK ITS A TRAP DOOR TO HELL !!!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPIERIENCE SHOPPING I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 60 YEARS OF LIFE. I DON'T DRIVE SO EVERYTHING IS DONE ONLINE AND TRACTOR SUPPLY HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING HIRING AND FALSE PROMISES OF A PHONE CALL BACK ALL JUST A HUGE HUMILIATION WAIST OF MY TIME AND MONEY LET ALONE MY SOUL BEING ATTACKED. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN AND I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE THIS EVER. I HOPE THEY ROT AND LOSE MONEY DUE THE TREATMENT I RECIEVED AND IT;S NOT DONE EITHER I NOW HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FEED MY DUCKS. THEY ARE MY HAPPINESS SO MY HEART IS BEING TORN UP DAILY AS I DUCK FROM MY DUCKS BECAUSE I CANT FEED THEM. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS I STILL CANT... CRUELTY TO HUMANS, ANIMALS AND BEAUTIFUL SOULS.... SAVE YOUR SOUL DONT DO IT TRUST ME YOU WILL BE MISSERABLE !!! EXCUSE MY SPELLING AND OR GRAMMER BUT WHEN I'M UPSET I JUST TYPE AND NEVER WANT TO RELIVE ANY OF THIS AGAIN.. GOOD LUCK TRACTOR SUPPLE. On the 22nd of December I called Tractor Supply in Winchester and made sure the item I want to purchase is in stock then I went online to purchase it to get it at a cheaper price they made me wait till the order came in they would not give me the one in stock and they sent me the wrong item and I will not fix it I purchased two 6 amp DeWalt batteries for 199 and they sent me one they are all about Shady business practice and I don't recommend anyone ever doing business with Tractor Supply ever
Missing subscription order. 7 days late, subscription order on Dec 19. Customer service rep tells me it was damaged by the shipper and returned a week ago but no one notified me or did anything about it until I called because I was OUT OF DOGFOOD. They tell me the order cannot be expedited because it was the shipper's error. As far as I am concerned, my subscription contract is with Tractor Supply Company and the error in helping me get food for my dog shows how little my business is valued. Terrible terrible service and there are no supervisors who can take the call to assist, either. Apparently customer needs are not a primary concern at TSC.
We have done business with Tractor Supply ever since a store opened nearby many years ago. Never again! I had ordered my hubbys Christmas gift of some insulated coveralls online from them. I understand lots of folks are probably doing a little better right now then we are. I had to save the money for these, that being said, so the Saturday before Christmas 2022 I ordered them with 1 day shipping. Monday, 6 days before Christmas, I get a text at 8:59 pm, order cancelled! Then an email that I had not been charged! Well they didn't take the money-because then they couldv'e refunded me! No, instead they have that money on HOLD at the bank! Making me totally unable to use it at all, now this is Thurs. before Christmas, money still on hold! Tractor Supply went out of its way to ruin our Christmas,and now here in north Texas, temps are dropping, and he has no coveralls-and the money to but some is being held hostage by Tractor Supply! Never will we darken their doors again!
Saturday I purchased two rubber band guns on-line. Got a conformation e-mail back right away. Sunday I go to TSC to pick up my order. TSC employee name tag JIM took my papers and started helping two other customers. After some time . JIM told me that TSC doesn't even have the order. So I go home. After I get home I find e-mails from TSC telling me that my order is ready for pick-up. Another saying don't forget to pick up your order. So I go back down to TSC.I spoke to a casher girl. She got my order right away. If you like getting your chain jerked. or if you don't have a life with nothing to do but drive back and forth to TSC then this is the store for you. Me I'm staying clear of this store and JIM the super clerk that couldn't find his butt with both hands.
I ordered a couple gifts 10 days before Christmas that were supposed to come form the store here locally, they were in stock. Instead they take a week to even ship them from TX, to AZ, to NM, to AL, to NC, to NY, to CT, and I still have nothing here on Christmas eve, 11:00 pm. I had already experienced the absolute worst nightmare of trying to purchase a lawnmower they didn't even have, yet they put a hold on the money for 4 months! Tractor supply is the absolute worst and I will never EVER do business with them EVER again.
Missing mounting bracketThe description says that "All mounting hardware included with blower kit", this is NOT true. After buying this kit and going to pick it up at the local store, they set aside something totally different, and then actually didn't have it in stock. I then ordered it online and had it shipped to my house. After finally receiving the item, I opened the box to install, and the instructions inside said it needed bracket not included to mount to a wood stove (the exact one in the picture), and that I needed to call customer service to find out about it. I emailed them and am waiting to hear back about the missing bracket. Beyond frustrated to finally get the correct item from TSC on the second try, and then for it to be missing pieces from the manufacturer!Also, I tried leaving a product specific review on their website, after they asked my for it, but they've marked it as "can't find order number" 3 times to keep my review from posting. SCAM reviews, buyer beware!!!
