Review Time
Absolutely horrible experience, I was charged for a gate/solar bundle TWICE and despite multiple attempts at getting the charge reversed, 5 months later, I am still not able to get a refund! This is pure robbery, and my next step is calling the BBB to report them. Horrendous "customer" service, I will NEVER order from this dishonest company again!
We just made a few purchases at the Tractor Supply in Calimesa, CA. I wanted to write a few words about our experience there, this day and every day I visit the store. I have never entered the store without receiving a greeting with a smile "hi, how are you today" or such. I have never not been approached by a employee asking if I need information or assistance. I have never interacted with an employee that did not seem as if it was truly what he/she chose to do to answer or assist me. People in this store seem happy to work there. Yes you merchandise is great.... but your employees are certainly the icing on the cake.
I ordered a lawn mower on July 14th, ship to store. Tracking information showed it would be there on the 20th. On the 20th I checked tracking, and it said that delivery would be delayed due to an incomplete address. I contacted customer service and they told me to call UPS to update the address. UPS wouldn’t update the address because I was not the shipper or receiver. So I called customer service back to tell them that. They allegedly called UPS themselves.Well, it’s now been another 2 weeks, and the mower still hasn’t been delivered.Absolutely unacceptable.
I had a terrible online ordering experience and wrote a review only to be told they could not publish my review.Here is my original review:Satisfied w/ overall food BUTI ordered 4 bags of this food to be delivered home as I currently work 6 days a week 12 hour shifts, so I'd like to set my "off" time aside for other things then going to the store. Even though we have a local Tractor supply the order was shipped from Macon GA to FL. When the bags arrived the first thing the delivery guy pointed out is that the bags had been gnawed on by something and they (the warehouse where the food came from?) attempted to tape the holes with clear tape. Of course that is unacceptable, what is unclear to me is WHY they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer. So of course I had to go to my local Tractor supply store to exchange it, whom discarded of the what looked like Rodent tainted products. My local Tractor supply went above and beyond to help but they should have also not have been inconvenienced as much as I IF the warehouse would have done their job. This was unnecessary man hours wasted and my only day off spent at Tractor supply for no good reason. (it took about 40 min)Their e-mail response:It cannot be published to the website, but...Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!Seems like to me they did not want facts on their website. So buyer beware!PS I also did get a refund at the local store since the bags cost more online.
TSC price mark ups are the reason I will not shop there any more. They are ripping off loyal customers and I’m sick of it. Example: dog food is marked up 10$ and more then prices at other stores. Chicken feed has been raised in price and it’s freakin corn! Corn…. The scratch grain has changed its ingredients and put wheat in it. My chickens don’t eat wheat or oats. horse feed not only do they no longer sell the sweet feed I used to buy that was last marked up to 7.99 last time I was able to buy it for a 50lb bag now the sweet feed the use producers pride is marked so much and it has freakin wheat/oats in it! Wheat seeds are a choking hazard for horses. And it gets stuck in gums and teeth. Wthell tsc! Been a loyal customer for 25 years and I’m sick of this place. And their online ordering is a joke any more. I’m guessing management sucks these days. Cause it used to be one of the most hospitable and happy places to shop for farm and country people. Now I’m going back to the feed stores and Meijer for my needs. They plain and simple just suck. Oh and they sell chickens that grow so large they are not normal. I had one. And he died months after he was bought cause he got so big he couldn’t breath when he tried to walk. And his poor legs couldn’t hold his weight so he limped and laid around until he died. They shouldn’t be able to sell any chickens. I hate this store these days and I used to nearly live there I was there so much! Eff you tsc!
Will never purchase a safe from this company again. They screwed up the order not once, not twice, but three times. We were charged for two safes (we only have one) and then had to fight for the refund of the second. We had to pay delivery on the safe we never saw even though they messed the order up. I don't understand how I'm out over $100 due to their mistake. I will warn everyone I know to run far from this company.
I appreciate the Petvet at TS but two weeks ago they did blood work on my dog to check for heartworms before prescribing Revolution. I paid for both. Now I find out there is a national shortage on 40-85 lb Revolution. They are refunding the Revolution but not the charge for blood work. There is no Revolution available anywhere including Chewy and PetMeds and that is the only reason I paid $40 for lab work .
ordered a 6ft level june 1st,website said it was to ship within 2 days.7 weeks later 3 phone calls to customer service,still no level.received gift card for christmas so ordered this instead of just pulling one off the shelf at Home Depot.Absolutely horrendous customer service.Once the gift card is gone ill never shop here again.
