I was worried that I would get laughed at since I had no background knowledge on what I needed for my husband’s John Deere, and instead of shooing me off, they took the time with me and really walked me through my questions and got to the bottom of exactly what I needed. They never once spoke down to me or made me feel like I didn’t belong. I had a really good experience that I wasn’t expecting, and because of this, I would definitely recommend going to Tractor Supply!
I ordered an item online and decided I didn't want it, despite it being perfectly fine. They made it very easy and convenient to return. I ended up buying a different item - a side table for a living room. The furniture items they sell are a good value.
Worst web site I have encountered by a major company. Was unable to use a free same delivery reward because the site split the order into today delivery and standard delivery. Spent 40 minutes on the effort. Called the local store where the shipment would have originated and was told they couldn't help me, and that they could not accept an order and pay by telephone; that took 15 minutes on its own.

Credit was appoved immediately so I Tried to place order 5/13 but system would not accept credit card info. Called Citi to get temp 3 digit security code, system still would not accept credit info. Don't want to lose the NEW ACCOUNTS GET A $50 REWARD WITH FIRST QUALIFYING PURCHASE OF $50 OR MORE. Response from Tractor Supply was essentially, too bad.
I purchased and paid 89 dollars to deliver a kennel panel that costs 150 dollars and was supposed to come with clamps. The package was tossed into my driveway and without the clamps. The store told me they were "a little store" and could not provide me with clamps. They referred me to their online folks, who promptly referred me to the manufacturer, who told me they won't have the clamps in stock for 3 months?? You just don't know who you are really dealing with until you have an issue and then it all comes out. I will order the clamps from Amazon and never again do business with these clowns!!
