Ordered a pair of pants online. They were delivered by throwing them down on the ground while I was not home. A dog chewed them up and customer service says not my problem. So as long as they get your money they could care less if you have a product in tact. They say they care about the customer.that is a bold face lie.
My husband was at your store in Colchester today. He was informed you only offer veterans discounts on Veterans Day. While I do appreciate that minimum, you should be thankful that we veterans didn’t serve to protect our great country only on Veterans Day. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth that this is your policy as a disabled veteran myself. Just discounting the lowest priced item adds insult to injury.
Do you think children stuffing dollar bills done drag performers/strippers pants is appropriate? Then this is the store for you!!! Tractor Supply Hosted a drag Show for Kids in Waco Texas. Why would I spend a penny with your company? Providing children with adult entertainment is sickness.
Ordered online for pickup in store. 2 items 1 item was instantly available for pickup the other would be available in 2 days. Called Sanford, NC store and asked if they could hold the first item so I could pick up both items at same time was told yes. The next day my order showed first item cancelled. Then it took a week for 2nd item to come in. Manager would not put first item back on order since I ordered with Klarna. Manager was rude. Will never order online again! Will not buy from this store again! Customer Service Bad!
I was encouraged to apply for a TSC credit card due to the number of times I frequent the store and amount I spend. I applied on Nov. 8th and still never received my card by Nov. 21st and received no bill. I tried to contact Citibank as I was told by the TSC rep and it has been a nightmare. You can't actually talk to a person. They won't let you speak to a customer rep and if you do get ahold of one they transfer you (hang up) on you! I tried calling back several times and get the all of our reps are busy right now ...I AM CALLING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NEVER SHOP AT TRACTOR SUPPPLY AGAIN!!!
Tractor supply has a line themselves with assemblies Inc. terrible decisions. I’ve had no success, contacting or getting a response from assemblers Inc. made over 35 phone calls will never purchase anything from tractor supply again.
Tractor supply in Ooltewah TN. The manger sold me molded product. Not only that am a club member and the trailer that you earn for free rental has been out of service for over a month with a simple wiring problem. The mold on my product was from a collapsed tent out back that had been leaking from months. Talk with this manager several times about a product and he told me he would call me back never did this went on for a week. I heard other customers complaining in the store as well. This is a great store just has a lazy manager.
I am so grateful for the team of employees at the Tractor Supply in Indio, Ca.I purchase many things and primarily feed for our horses, and after it ran short due to a local horse show.I spoke to Anthony and Josh and was able to be put on a list to keep me from running out of feed. Plus they delivered it to our ranch.Monica at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. I hope it stays this way.Bravo Tractor Supply
