Review Time
Today I went to the DeLand, Fl store to buy a pressure washer. The model I wanted was out of stock, but a great store employee, Connie, was great! She checked other stores in the area, and when they were out too, she gave me the phone number for corporate office. She then helped me to get them to order one for me with the veterans' discount. Connie went far beyond a typical store employee for me! She is a real asset to Tractor supply. Thanks.
This about their pet med site. Ordered once. Got med more than a week late. Then they took money out of my bank account 30 days later for same amt. No reason. No communication. No product. Contacted them several times. Once replied said they'd investigate. Did nothing. Had to dispute with my bank to get money back. Had to cancel card. If I didn't watch my bank acct I'd never have known. This is called theft. Watch your account!
In all it was great. I used the pet wash station and for the money it was awesome. However, when I went in I informed the lady at the counter I was there to use the pet wash center because my dog was either sprayed by a skunk or rolled on a dead animal. I asked if it was occupied and she said no. She didn’t mention payment so I figured I was suppose to pay after I finished. Took my dog back and wet him down and another lady came in and said someone else was there to use it and had already paid. Made me feel really low. At least 3/4 employees seen us take the dog bag including the one I spoke to. There are no signs posted about payment before use and it doesn’t mention it on your website either. It simply reads for less than $10 come use the friendly pet wash station. It’s on a first come first serve basis.
Iordered something online and then received an email saying my order was cancelled when I called I was told they wereout of stock so I will never get my order ! I should not have been sold an out of stock item! and at worst caseit should have meant a delay in shipping untilthey could get it back in stock!
I have been shopping at the Fayetteville store since I moved to NC 3 years ago. Yesterday I went to the Spring Lake Store and WOW what a difference, Spring Lake store is clean, well-lighted and very organized. We unfortunately left a dog toy in our shopping cart. So, we called the store and they had our item in the store and we told them we were on our way to the Fayetteville store to get pellets for our stove. The manager at Spring Lake said we can get the Dog toy at the Fay. store that we left, we said great. We explained this to the cashier and she called the Spring Lake store and the manager confirmed this. Then she told us she had to let her manager know. Well Greg the manager told her no, we need to go back to the spring lake store to pick it up. Long story short we left the store and I will never buy there again. It’s further to drive to Spring Lake but the store is much better. The dog wash area was filthy at the fay store and it was beautiful at the Spring Lake store. It looks like I will be shopping more at the Home Depot and occasionally go to Spring Lake for things I need from TSC. Thank you, Greg, for the lousy customer service, a $10 dollar item just cost you a frequent customer.
Worst store ever!! Never have product in stock. Ordered wrong color paint talked to customer service. Order was cancelled and correct color was ordered. Went to store and was given wrong color. After getting home called and was told they wouldnt have right color for 2 weeks. Receipt even showed the right color I wanted. Will never order anymore. This was the third time this happened with products.
I bought a utility trailer at TSC in Clio, MI in 2020 just we were moving and have used it extensively on our 12 acres hauling things around the property. I decided to take it on the road to get wood and hay and realized I never applied for a permanent plate. I went to the DMV and said it was mandatory that I had the manufacturer's Certificate of Origin which I could not locate. I had the VIN No., Gross Weight and original Bill of Sale but was not sufficient to get a plate. I called TSC and engaged a wonderful associate named Rhonda who was extremely helpful, courteous, customer-focused and most professional in getting a duplicate copy procured from the manufacturer in GA (Carry-On Trailer Co.) It was a complicated process and the corporate office in IN could not help me and had to be handled at the Branch Level. She is definitely a go-to, "can-do" and credit to the company!
JUST AWESOMEI've been shopping around to find an answer to what I'd like to project for style and security. I placed an order for two jackets. The jackets arrived with impeccable timing. When I opened the box, I was impressed with both items. The look was exactly as expected and the manufacturing was impeccable. I'M NOT SURE HOW SERVICE ISN'T LIKE THIS WITH EVERY BUSINESS, 90%+ OF THE TIME.I want to say thanks to the store and manufacturer. I hope that later we can do business.
