Very convenient and fast, trustworthy translation service. I needed a sworn translator to deal with some legal documents for administrative registration with the local Belgian government. This website saved me a lot of time, and the work done was very good and fast.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. While the staff were polite and did eventually deliver the service, the overall process was frustrating and unacceptable.I cancelled my order just an hour and a half after placing it because I realised I was missing some important documents. Despite contacting the company promptly, there appears to be no real cancellation policy in place. My request was completely ignored, and the service was delivered hours later anyway — along with a very expensive fee.For the price being charged, this lack of flexibility and customer consideration is unreasonable. The service is significantly overpriced, especially given that cancellations are not properly acknowledged or accommodated.I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for official translators with faster turnaround times and far more reasonable pricing, I strongly suggest checking out Tridiom.com. They charge less than half of what this company does and provide a much more transparent service.I genuinely wish I had known this before placing my order, as with this company, once you pay, you effectively cannot cancel.
I used this service to translate official documents for submission to the Thai Embassy in London. Unfortunately, both documents were rejected because key elements (including names and addresses) were not fully translated into Thai, which resulted in inconvenience and a wasted trip.There were also concerns about the quality of the translation.After further correspondence, the company has now issued a full refund.

The first time I needed the translated document to be send to my partner in a different country, Translayte team took that into account and handled it like champions. Even when sometimes I needed to rectify a document, they would kindly re-translate it.However, my last order wasn't a good experience, I chose urgent service and they stalled the translation and misunderstood the task.
