My first eyelift device arrived with a glitchy defect where it only pulsed on my left eye. Getting that device replaced took weeks, mostly because I could not find the correct mail to notify I think. It finally came, but then a week later the second device was defective as well. Yet, EJ from customer care, replied to my email right away and said a replacement will be shipped right away. I was impressed and delighted I didn't have to wait weeks again for the replacement. Plus, a load of bonus items were included in my replacement and a discount to use for future orders. Looks like they really do give good customer service!
The best thing about Renewa Skin is EJ! For financial reasons, I had to cancel my product order and EJ made sure I got a full refund.EJ was always patient and professional. He promptly replied to every email I sent. I can tell he takes his job very seriously. Renewa Skin is lucky to have him.
I wish the Renewa device was as helpful and reponsive as EJ in customer service. He was wonderful, and the device was ok. I usually only buy products that offer a money back guarantee, but I need to read the fine print regarding the requirements to recieve a refund next time. You have to work for them
