Excellent customer support person...

I am not sure if the product works or not. (Still using it.) I wish the instructions were better written with more details. I am writing because I was really impressed with this customer support person, EJ. He stayed with me and kept following up with various department(s) within the company. I finally got my partial refund after more than 40 days. It was not the little refund that made a difference, or made me happy. It was the dedication and effort EJ put in to do his job and made his customers happy that impressed me. It is really rare that I see someone like that in any company! Thank you and take care! Matthew was amazing

Matthew was amazing! I had an issue with my product not working properly. I sent an email and got a reply within a few hours. He was very kind and explained what was needed to help me get a replacement. We exchanged a few emails as I provided him with the pictures and details he needed. He then got a replacement unit shipped out to me! It was very easy and I didn't feel like my email went into a black whole. He is a great example of what customer service needs too look like. Great job Matthew!

So far my experience with your products…

So far my experience with your products have been fair, as I've had a challenge with the eye lift device, as only one side is pulsing. EJ has been terrific, getting back to me very quickly offering me a temporary solution, which I did try but it didn't work. No matter, I let him know and thus I'm hoping that the replacement device will work, which he has promised to send me. Fingers crossed, I'll have more success. Once received I'm happy to write another review.

I had some slight trouble with my new…

I had some slight trouble with my new unit, probably due to operator error. i just opened my new renewa device 9/ 20/ 2025. I wrote an email indicating that my unit wasn't working and I was worried and I received an immediate response from EJ. She was very quick to respond. Offered her help and has stayed in touch while I worked more with the unit and now it is working. I am very grateful to EJ for her help. Kathy Matt

I'm quite impressed on how my concern was addressed when I left a voice msg. Most of the time, in my experience with other companies, leaving a voice message is as good as leaving a message in deaf ears.
