LOVING THIS PRODUCT!

Really love the product! Had to talk to customer service on a minor issue and they were AWESOME! They responded really quickly and got the issue resolved. I have only been using for about one month but starting to see some changes especially in my neck area.

Power of Trustpilot review

As soon as I posted a review on 9/27/25 about this company, the long saga of getting the refund finally concluded. So instead of waiting for another 10 days to get my refund after 45 plus days of back-and-forth emails with the customer service, Renewa Skin finally refunded my $139 this afternoon. It is amazing how they can stall the cancellation of an unshipped order, then drag on the refund 20 days after they received the unopened product. I certainly hope this is one off incidence. But good luck to those who trust this company and its products. You probabaly need that down the road. We also need a forum to voice consumers' experience and opinions. So kudos to Trustpilot.

Customer service from EJ

Haven’t received my order yet, but having EJ deal with a payment issue that I had was very good. He responded very quickly and was very courteous and helpful. Good to have had dealings with someone such as EJ who seems to really care about customer satisfaction. Excited to receive my order, and feel comfortable knowing that if there is a problem, I have someone I can contact to deal with it. Thanks again EJ you’re doing a great job.RegardsMarilyn

Happy with EJ in Customer Service

I called the customer phone number a few times a couple of days apart but no one answered. I had left a message on the voice mail each time, but no one called me back. I, therefore, sent an email to the customer service team. EJ responded to my email so fast about my issues, answered my questions, and resolved everything in my email by the next day. When I finally got a call back from Matthew in customer service, he said he could see EJ was already assisting me, but EJ would not be in til later so I agreed to continue working with EJ and waited for him to email me after he came back to work that day. EJ was very polite, professional, and efficient. I am very happy with the service he provided me.

My initial impression were very positive!

Instead of calling I wrote my concerns so I would have a record. The person who contacted me did so in record time and was able to answer my questions concisely. I live in Canada, so having avoided American tariffs and duties, I wanted to know how this would work. We also have a Nationwide Canada Post strike and wanted to be certain I let you know of our circumstances. The agent was perfect in covering my concerns and told me they would be with me through the shipping process. It was great customer service. I have used Red Light therapy for years and lately I am not getting the same results. I am looking forward to using your product and hope it does a good job. I have always been a skin care person since my early twenties. I am now 70 and don't want a facelift and the chance that it might go wrong. This is the next best solution. Heres to hoping! Thanks for the great response so far. Diane

Excellent customer service

Good concept from its product, but I received the malfunction units in my first order. I accepted the partial refund to keep gift with the order, but it took over two months and still didn’t know where is the refund. Finally having the refund with EJ deal with issue. He responded very quickly and was very courteous and helpful. Good to have had dealings with someone such as EJ who seems to really care about customer satisfaction. EJ is excellent in customer service. I will come back to check on your products and hopefully will get the good quality one next time. Thanks EJ!

Wanted to say that kae in customer service was great. I was having a problem with my renewa lift and she couldn’t be nicer. She fixed the problem for me. Otherwise she would have sent me a new one luckily I didn’t need it. They are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again.Marilyn
