Review Time
I got Renewa EyeLift Massager and Intense Pulsed Light Wrinkles Reducing Instrument myself for my BD in late April or early May. Intense Pulsed Light was working fine, but EyeLLift Massager didnt' even turn on or charge. I had been so busy that I didn't have time to contact customer service until July. I didn't remember money back guarantee period if any, but I thought I would be honest and give it a try and see if the customer service would believe me and help me solve issues. EJ was so quick, attentive, and tried to troubleshoot and believed in my claim. EJ could have doubted that I could have broken it since it's been close to three months have had passed since my order, but EJ didn't even ask me questions. In the end, nothing worked and EJ was kind enough to ship me replacement without me returning it. I received a replacement yesterday and it is working great! I'm very pleased with their customer service. As for Intense Pulsed Light, I have tried blue light for the last couple of weeks and my pores got much smaller! I just started using red light now and look forward to good results! One thing I noticed is that Intense Pulsed Light instructions in the box was inaccurate in terms of each color's effect.
It was a bumpy road getting to the final response. The email replies came back quickly but I inquired about returning the eye renwalift and I was having charging issues with my renewalift. They only addressed the eye renewal if issue and kept wanting to send me a replacement when I clearly was unhappy with the product I wanted my refund. They also wanted a video and explanation as to why I wanted to return it when I had clearly told them in the email. The video wouldn't send too large even at 20 seconds long. They kept ignoring my charging question. In the end I got frustrated and just called. Spoke to EJ and he worked out my refund (without having to return the eyelift) and we trouble shooter the charger and he sent me a replacement ( without having to return the broken one) by not returning that saved me money as I would have had to pay shipping from Canada. EJ resolved my issues and listened to me, in the end I am happy with the resolution and his professionalism. I got the replacement, just waiting for the refund as the time-frame is still not up. I recommend just calling and skipping the whole email process... thx EJ the 4 stars are for you!Char
I hate you all are suffering with this bogus company. I wish I had looked at the reviews b4 I ordered. I too had a very bad experience and still is going on 7-8 months now!! They told me to write a good review about their company after I wrote a bad one and they will give me my full refund a gift card and so forth. They've given me $115 out of the $139 and said they were giving me that because of the shipping. They called after I only received my money about a month later and said they apologize and they will for sure refund the whole amt and so forth. I just called and emailed them today because I still haven't received my FULL REFUND so yes I retract everything I said and going back to the original review I made. The rep said we already refunded you. Yes partial but not the whole. LIES plz keep going do not trust their ethics!! PERIOD!!! Yes I was told if I rewrite my review I will be given an incentive.
