I tried calling customer support..no answer..could not believe it when I got a call back from Mathew...I did not even leave a message! Mathew was Awesome in taking care of my issue quickly without question...I believe no matter where he works excellent customer service will shine through! 🫶
Warning: Misleading and Difficult Return ProcessThis company presents itself as U.S.-based, but my order was shipped from China—never disclosed on the website.Their return policy says only a trackable shipping method is required. I provided a valid tracking number, but they added undisclosed extra requirements (like sending photos of shipping receipt) to delay my refund.The process has been frustrating, inconsistent, and misleading. What they advertise as “easy returns” is anything but.Be cautious—products ship from overseas, refunds are restrictive, and customer service is not transparent.For some reason, all the 1 star negative reviews for this company went to renewa.com - look for it and be informed.
