I bought the Renewa EyeLifting device and I really like the device, it's easy to use, comfortable and doesn't require a lot of effort to utilize. I recommend the device but more so, I am Impressed by the Customer Service.I had an issue with my device and I wrote in for advice, I received a very quick response from EJ from Renewa Skin. EJ asked me to describe the issue which I immediately responded to and again received a quick response, I was thanked and offered a satisfactory solution to which I agreed and the next message was to let me know that the solution was addressed and on its way to conclusion. I was Very Impressed and Completely Satisfied. This is the kind of company I want to do business with and I will recommend to my friends and family. On November 11 I talked to Matthew regarding a double charge on my credit card statement. As it turned out I had mistakenly made a double order. Matthew was so helpful, kind and patient. Long story short, he had a refund issued. All service representative should be as helpful and patient as Matthew. Thank you , Matthew.
EJ sent a replacement device which I tried today! He provided excellent customer service. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Have high hopes for device’s success. Will reevaluate in two weeks, and again in four weeks.It arrived earlier than today, but I was too busy to try out sooner. Delivery was quick.
