Kei is extremely responsive and super helpful in providing prompt responses to ALL of my questions regarding the usage of (1) Renewa Eyelift & (2) RenewaLift. She's the BEST !!!

I have never had more frustration with…

I have never had more frustration with any order of product. It took 2 most to get. Then using the red-light glasses left bruising mark on my undereye.I returned and have tracking showing the return 9-4. I have yet to see a refund.

I just want to say how wonderful EJ…is

I just want to say how wonderful EJ was! I sent an email explaining I misplaced my charger for my Renewa skin unit and with in the same day I got a reply he would send one right out to me. Thank you so much for being so kind and so quick to answer. The best!

Easy, effective and great service

First, the customer service is worth noting as exceptional. One of the arms broke from the device after only a few weeks of use, and the promptly replaced it. The device is easy to wear and use. My husband has experienced a noticeable decrease in eye puffiness using red light + e-stimulation. I have noticed more firmness in the under eye area also ut cannot tolerate e-stimulation, which far too powerful even on the lowest setting for me to withstand, so I simply use the red light therapy.

My units red light worked but ems stopped pulsing so I reached out to customer service & kei responded & resolved in a prompt manner.

Customer Service is Amazing ! ! !

While it took me quite a while to find a phone number and email address to pose my questions to, once I did, I left a message and figured I'd never get a response. But Matthew called me back within five minutes and explained what I needed to do. I took the picutres, emailed them to him, and once again, he emailed me immediately with an answer. My eyelift device was only working on the left eye, and he promised to send me a replacement. After reading some of the reviews, I see that several others have had the same problem. Matthew was fantastic, caring, attentive, polite, and made an older lady with few computer skills, feel great. I've never seen such a terrific customer service department where, judging by all the responses, everyone in the department is amazing. Matthew deserves 50 stars! The only recommendation I would give, please send Customer Service phone numbers and email addresses with the unit. And lastly, please include a short video of how to program it. The QR code on the insert showed a short video of the renewalift, not the eyelift. But the video was great. Thank you for being such a responsible company. And kudos to Matthew!!!Cheryl in NC

Quick email support, Slow phone support

EJ wrote me supportive emails. He quickly offered to phone me. It took over 2 days... but eventually we did talk and he added an addition to my order.

LOVING THIS PRODUCT!

Really love the product! Had to talk to customer service on a minor issue and they were AWESOME! They responded really quickly and got the issue resolved. I have only been using for about one month but starting to see some changes especially in my neck area.
