Review Time
When I discovered that my address was listed incorrectly, I immediately contacted the company with the correct information. Customer service rep "EJ" responded right away and implemented all corrections in a timely manner. It took a while for the product to arrive, which was stated on the website, but I now have the product and it's extremely easy to use! Hopefully, the results will be just as positive as my customer service experience!
The option of calling and talking directly with a salesperson is priceless. I spoke with EJ and he was very helpful in completing the purchase order, because the website offers other options, and if you are not interested in those additional options it is not clear what you should do next. So EJ was able to complete my order, in no time, and without having to worry about ordering other options I was not interested for now.
The Renewa Lift Eye Glasses arrived but one side didn’t work. I emailed customer service then sent a short video explaining what the issue was. EJ responded quickly and ordered another pair of glasses. Hopefully I won’t have to wait two weeks to get them. The downside is that they are uncomfortable to wear. They should be made better for the price.
