Review Time
Well to start I purchased the (four) 4- set with the marble stones...for chilling. Honestly I have not opened the outter plastic shipping bag, not an ideal outter package (they could have used a bubble wrap style bag), there are some rips and tears in the bag....California to Buffalo, NY is quite a trip 2875 miles one way. I did shake the package to listen for broken glass, I heard none. Anyway I made the purchase as a gift, only to find out the recipients ONLY use 'Waterford Crystal' and that they had ordered these glasses but returned them. So I didn't even offer them the gift set. Well I've spent approximately 18 hours over a couple of days, trying to get a PP return shipping lable so I may send them back for a full refund. The company gives a 30 day "no questions asked" return and refund, BUT it looks like it might take more than 30 days to get a reply. Of course trying to find a phone number was a challenge in it self. I will be calling someone named Clark Carson Tuesday morning 01/14/2025 at:713 666 0663Not really a comfortable prefix. If I cannot get this issue corrected PDQ, I will file a complaint with my credit card company.
They look stylish and unique, but nothing crystal about these glasses. How can they get away with such blatant false advertising? If it was an Australian company I would lodge a complaint with Fair Trading, but coming from overseas is too difficult to challenge, and I suspect this is what the company relies upon. Buyer beware...The company is Tsukiglass...not Tsukicrystal?
Absolutely horrible! Ordered four different sets of whiskey glasses. Not hand blown or high quality but certainly unique. Glasses don’t feel good on your hands and are challenging to drink out of. One broke in half the first night we used it when set down in sink. Two other sets don’t fit square or round ball ice. Tried to return and company is extremely difficult to work with. Shipping costs exceed cost for set of glasses. Buyer beware!
Absolute garbage, please never, ever, purchase from these scam artists. I'm trying to return two pairs I bought for friends for Christmas. I have no hope that I'll see a dollar back. I feel like such a dummy for falling for their dumpster fire of a product. Buyer beware.
Aviation emptor. Let the buyer beware. Trouble from day one. Tracking showed label created but for over a week there was no update. Emailed company three times but never received a reply. Beware of a company that does not give a phone number for customer service. Have not received my order and no longer expect to. No response to my request for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
the "glasses" are cheap fake and definitively not crystal!! they are moulded glass worth about $ 0.50 each....I tried to get a refund, sending their crap back.... they expected me to pay for $80 Postage! Because I was so pissed off I put them into recycling bin, very angry and disappointed boy here ......I am a hotel manager and understand glassware!
