Poor Quality - No Returns! - Do Not Purchase

I ordered 2 sets of whiskey glasses - 4 glasses - ~$115 total. When received, all glasses have two vertical lines on them that appears as though they were molded together. The quality is very poor for a $25 glass. On 3/29 (5 days after delivery), I requested to return them. On 4/2, I was asked to provide photos which I submitted the same day. On 4/3 they offered a discount on the order and a discount on a future order. I responded on 4/3 that I simply wanted to return them. I have asked numerous times for an update and they are not responding. They have a return policy but don’t plan on returning them if you have an issue.

UPDATED review (September 4, 2025): I’ve adjusted my initial review (below) from 1 star to 3 stars.The reason? Outstanding customer support. Jade at this company not only pursued me but provided me with satisfaction that my concerns were heard and acted upon. This gives me hope that perhaps my dissatisfaction was isolated and if not isolated then the company is working on improvements. Quality customer service is vital to quality and growth. Thank you, Jade, for your efforts. I hope you are appreciated and influential. Below is my review from May 1, 2025:Sadly, these glasses (Storm in my case) look lovely on the website, and the company's marketing is amazing--they enticed me extra offers and I ended up buying 8 glasses, including two gift-wrapped boxes for family members' birthdays. But the product is seriously inferior. The glass is cloudy and there's a glaring seam on each glass. The "Aged 16 Years / Private Collection" box they come is looks pricey, but that's where the quality ends. I received no less than four shipping notices that the shipment would be late, making me wonder if the Instagram offers were a scam. Finally, the box arrived loosely wrapped in white plastic with the ice rocks loose inside the packaging. The whole this a hot mess. It's a shame, really. I'm embarrassed gifting these as intended. So they'll likely end up at Goodwill. Can't use them to serve guests my favorite bourbons. TsukiGlass, if you're business is serious, please step up your quality. You do a good job with marketing, but are skimping on delivering the kind of product you're promoting.
