Review Time
Terrible experience. First I was charged for 2nd day delivery, which I didn't ask for - took weeks to get that credit, after numerous emails and Tsuki offering to give me a "store credit" instead of the shipping refund.. Then I never received the product, so after three weeks, many more emails and ridiculous excuses from Tsuki customer service I finally received the product.. and I am less than impressed with the quality of the glasses as they have two visible seams on each glass. Oh yea, and after purchasing them during a 50% off sale I now realize I could have purchased them on Amazon at half the price I paid. It was an impulse purchase and BIG dissappointment!
Very poor quality moulded (not crystal) glass whisky tumblers.At best misleading at worst a con. Steer clear of these inferior and very expensive items.They have all the details. The advertising bears no relationship to the produce with most of the cost in the presentation boxing. The product itself is cheap and nasty.
Ordered glasses 6 weeks ago, they have yet to arrive, contacted "support" email, no or slow response (7-10 days plus, repeatedly asking for the same order information, promising resolution and the issue still has not been resolved, or purchase refunded. I am worried the transaction maybe fraudulent and an working with the bank for resolution.
Initially, my order was "promised" to be here by Father's Day. However, when that didn't happen, I began to get worried that this was a scam. There was no way to get in touch with the company, there was no "online chat" that was mentioned in the website, and no response to any email I sent. So I called my bank (and just about anyone else who would listen) to report this as fraud. That being said, the order was in fact delivered yesterday (6-23-25), and the decanter and glass were as spectacular as I thought they would be. So they got a 3 star from me for customer service, but would be given a 5 star for the product itself. Now I have to go back to the blogs I participated in initially to notify readers that the product did come in, and while not before Father's Day, came a few days before my son's birthday.
I ordered a set of Tsuki Glasses from their website. I never received the merchandise after 6 weeks. Have tried to call but the phone number is disconnected. IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM SO DO NOT PURCHASE!!!After conducting hours of research, they do not exist at all. All of the literature, blogs and reviews...A SCAM AS WELL.BEWARE!
It all started so well, loved the first set of glasses, I then ordered a 2nd set of 4 but one of them was damaged. I’ve sent 3 emails to ask how I can return 1 glass to be replaced … but not had a response from anyone.Very poor customer service
I purchased the Tsuki Storm glasses and canister for my nephew's birthday, and can't tell you how IMPRESSED he was... there was even a tear. He's a true Bourbon drinker and never dilutes it by adding ice. So I bought him several sets of the ice stones for Christmas. Tsuki, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
