Similar to other reviews, was initially very pleased with Tsuki glass purchase, leading to buying more glasses. However, one glass developed a major crack after normal use - tried to get in touch with company 4x - only way is by email - with no response whatsoever. Extremely frustrated and would NOT recommend buying anything from them.
I was given these glasses as a birthday present as I had seen them advertised, looking fantastic!When they arrived I was horrified to find out that firstly they were not crystal, they had horrible seam lines down the sides, and have a thick lip around the rim which make them very unpleaseant to use.Also I discovered that the identical product is available on eBay for half the price.In conclusion, I feel that this product is a rip-off and should be avoided at all costs!Having posted this review I was contacted by Tsukiglass who offered me a 50% refund as I was not happy with the product. Although I still feel that the product is not what I expected, at least the Company tried to fix the problem by making the refund!
This company is a scam. I cancelled my order within their own parameters of 24 hours. They then refused to respond when I reached out and stole my over 100 dollars that I original spent and was due to be refunded. Only use get these if you want to get fake crystal or get scammed out of your money.
I recently purchased the Storm Whisky set with 10 glasses and decanter. Wow. I was extremely impressed by the quality of this glassware set. I have enjoyed it already and have showcased it with guests who all thought it was special.The weight and feel is probably unique to TsukiGlass as their craftmanship is a cut above. I can't imagine you going wrong with the Storm or any of their other offerings.
Ordered and received 'handcrafted' Storm Japanese Crystal Whisky Glasses. Price £46.00. Not only did I receive faulty products I don't quite see how a handcrafted item should have mould lines down opposite sides of each glass. I reported the issue to tsuki glass and received a message requesting images as evidence of faulty product which I promptly provided. However, I am still waiting a response to resolve this issue. I would certainly not make further purchases from tsuki glass judging the quality of product and poor customer service.
