If I could give zero stars or NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. Absolute worst systems and processes. Customer service is through a bot that's extremely limited and just makes you jump through hoops without anything getting done. Twilio sucks and I recommend you stay far away.
Shit Company, Shit Service. I really like ElevenLabs' Voice AI products, and their new AI Agents, which I could use for my business to have a phone receptionist. I set up an account and it integrates nicely. All is good. But then, a friend and colleague in South America wanted to see my AI agent in action, so I enabled calls from her country - and then my account was DISABLED for suspicion of fraud to "protect" me from some BS toll fraud. Complete gaslighting. No answer all day about fixing it up and letting me have my account working again. I can't really trust them. Honestly, it isn't any of their business what countries I want to accept calls from or make calls to. I paid to use the service - if there's fraud on my account, I WILL TELL THEM! I don't need them to tell me how to use my own account that I pay for. sorry. unacceptable. If they don't want to allow calls from South America, then they should just not allow it. Don't just deactivate someone for enabling it. I don't like being talked down to as a customer, as if I'm stupid and I need to be protected from my own idiocy. I paid for a service, and now I don't get to use it, and I'm very disappointed. And no communication. If they don't want my busines, they should close my account immediately and refund me all of my money so I can bring my business elsewhere, OR they should be a REAL BUSINESS and schedule a phone call to just resolve it quickly.
worst customer service ever, they blocked our verified account. then asked to provide passport info etc after that business info, then everytime we provide and their list is keep increasing, they should stop this, bullshit, because of twilio slows downs our startup already 2 months
