Consistently being harassed by same company using different numbers to call me. I was getting up to 15 calls a day. Now they just ring and hang up. I have had to install true call on my phone. They still try.When I put the numbers through Truecaller app Twilio comes up for every number.
Oh I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before using Twilio.After I was snared into spending £20 to get credit I found I couldn’t buy a UK mobile number despite having verified my existence TWICE.I wonder if I will ever get my £20 back or ever get to make Twilio work?
Absolutely absolutely awful experience! Set up process is a nightmare. Customer service is like speaking to someone who doesn't speak English or even understand their own product. It would be easier to do marketing through a carrier pigeon and go through worthless site
I had a terrible experience with Twilio. I created a new account, completed all the required verifications, and provided the necessary business details. However, instead of activating my account, Twilio suspended it without any valid reason.I contacted support, provided additional details, and even shared my business website and social media links. Despite all this, they refused to reactivate my account with a generic response, offering no real explanation.This unprofessional approach wasted my time, and I would not recommend Twilio to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable communication API, better explore other alternatives that respect their users and provide proper support.👎 1/5 – Very disappointing experience!
Harassment from new numbers every day all owned by Twilio Ireland Ltd. As soon as I block a number they call on a new one.The latest is a boiler scam according to "Who called me". Why is the Dublin government allowing them to use the name Ireland in their business and operate out of a Dublin address. Read other reviews about this dodgy business which attracts scammers as their customers so they can hide their illegal operations.
