Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! I don’t even think they have one. Just robots!! Food never got delivered to me and I have had to chase them all day and they just end of closing the chat!!! What a Scam!!! totally unacceptable!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service ...charged…

Absolutely shocking service ...charged for a delivery that was never going to be delivered due to drivers constantly cancelling but because the food had been prepared I'm being charged for them to sit on their arses not deliver my food and tell me it's MY FAULT!! Because they didn't deliver my prepared food!!! Go figure that one out

Awful company, awful driver, awful customer service

Ordered on mcdonalds app, they used uber eats. Order arrived with one of the bags virtually disintegrated, drinks had spilt, ice creams were on their side dripping everywhere, and worst of all drivers bike key was in an ice cream. contacted customer support who didn't think having a key in food was an issue, they refunded cost of ice creams and 1 out of 3 drinks. Wasn't given chance to complain that the cost didn't cover everything that had been ruined as they ended the chat before i got a chance. Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience and their attitude about it. Will never use again.

How do you take a pic of a missing item?

Made my first order ever on Uber Eats today and my Big Mac was missing. Tried contacting Uber Eats and all they say is that they’re working on it. They finally get in contact with me and ask for a picture and I’m like how do I take a picture of a missing item? Now my coworker is left starving and our lunch break is over. Very disappointed in both Uber Eats and McDonald’s. #ubereats #mcdonalds #wearestarving

Took my money and refused food

They basically took my money and refused me food. I made an order through Uber and due to an error when checking status in the app the Uber app cancelled the order. Uber charged me the full amount of the order as cancellation charge and said it's because they have to pay the restaurant because they started cooking my food. When I called the restaurant to see if I could get it delivered and I would pay for delivery since they supposedly cooked my food and took my money they said they stopped cooking and so now the food is no longer available. They said uber takes 50% of the money in case of cancellation and so they won't give me the food. So between the two of them they took my money and I got no food.

Shockingly poor customer service

Shockingly poor customer service. Refused to accept any responsibility for cold food and missing items. Kept ending message app without finding a solution. Would never recommend using ubereats based on my experience.

A dasher name Ashley from Ubereats did…

A dasher name Ashley from Ubereats did not deliver my order and their mapping is terrible .She could not locate so my order was never delivered.I called one of the representatives and the person told me that a refund is owed to me but when I looked at the chat they said I am not getting a refund but Ashley never delivered my items.Why would would a company keep someone who didn't do a good job.?That doesn't make sense.

Ordered food from KFC via UE. Never againFood took an age to be delivered so was stone cold, and half the order is missing, But of course, try and find a way to complain about it - the process to complain is definitely designed to make it as difficult as possible to complainDont bother - go outside and eat grass or something - you'll get a far better experience

Food arrived cold after making an order driver had other deliveries on the way, clearly to maximise profits at the expense of the customer.I contacted support only to be told that a 40 minute delay doesn't meet the threshold of a refund. The response was as follows:I'm really sorry, Steve. Uponchecking here in the system, theestimated time of delivery is6:24 PM and the time that theorder was delivered is 7:04 PMand since the order arrivedwithin a reasonable amount oftime it won't allow me to triggera refund.Absolutely shocking. Would you sit at a restaurant with your food in front of you for 40 mins, and expect it to be warm still?Absolutely won't be using them ever again.
