Review Time
Poor auto bot customer service complaint handling. It did not address the complaint of cold food with an unduly long delivery time with several stops. There is no live person you can deal with . In future I will order delivery direct from the restaurant or try another takeaway out site. But I will not use Uber eats again.
If zero stars was an option, I would have selected that. Ordered on the McDonald’s app, was charged 2 times and was sent the same twice on the same delivery. Rejected one of the orders. Uber won’t refund and tell me to contact McDonald’s, and McDonald’s tell me to contact uber. Neither you can speak to, and both are useless.
Placed an order on 15th November via the McDonalds app which Uber Eats operates.The order was pushed back several times until it was eventually cancelled by McDonalds/Uber Eats.I contacted several times and was lied to by uber eats on every occasion. On my last communication they said I would receive a refund. Yes you guess it, they lied again as no refund received.It’s now virtually impossible to contact anyone via the McDonald’s app and uber eats to get this resolved.Incompetent from start to finish.Be very careful ordering via uber eats and the McDonald’s app which apparently these imbeciles operate as when they have your money they absolutely don’t care!
This company is more than likely going to be part of a class action lawsuit at some point. They have stolen from me three times now. I submit an order, they deliver food, nothing is made correctly, they say tough crap deal with it, no refund. Te second time the driver took almost an hour and a half, no exaggeration, he told me to get f);&; he had to make several other stops, again no refund. Third time was a disaster driver dropped the food on my steps, I have video, I tell them this, they say I’m sorry but some of the food looks edible still. They offered me a partial refund…bahaha get lost keep your partial refund. I cancelled my Uber One subscription, I will only use Lift now and I will NEVER order from these utterly inept individuals. They are the worse customer service company since Sprint back in the day. Good riddance
They gave me a promo code to use then when I checked my bank statement they never applied it. Surely this is illegal. The fact they questioned a code they gave me. It’s probably the worst service I’ve experienced. To make it worse no telephone number to contact anyone. SCAM
Horrible customer service period. I've tried many times to reach out to their customer support team and I received zero help.And apparently Uber doesn't read their terrible reviews because they are above everyone.At this point I will not order from Uber moving forward and will stick to LYFT.
