Uber eats employs the worst customer…

Uber eats employs the worst customer service I ordered food and there is no driver within an hour and a half. I went to uber eats customer support and they said I couldn’t refund my order after waiting 90 minutes. They ended the chat twice and refused to help me. No one should bee use uber eats

ZERO STARS for the ‘customer service’…

ZERO STARS for the ‘customer service’ provided by Uber. My bill was £10.38 all in, I tipped the driver 25%….and they charged me £4.43!!! That’s 43%!!! I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!! I tried to do a nice thing, and UBER ripped me off and refuse to refund my tip or even part of it. This is THEFT!!! It’s not the amount, it’s the principle! What legit company would dream of doing this and then give NO WAY to speak to any sort of customer service team!?!? Absolutely disgusting company!

COLD PIZZA , PAID MORE FOR QUICK SERVICE- I WAS TAKEN!!

I can understand being more expensive due to rising costs, but the quality of food for the price was terrible and cold!! Advertised ground Italian sausage? I received bits and pieces of a patty sausage and no it wasn't Italian Hardly any cheese and the crust is like a week old!! Terrible!!

Very poor service

Very poor service. Of all the food delivery platforms, they seem to consistently be the most expensive yet fail to deliver even basic customer service. I stopped using them a while back, and was only enticed back by the offer of a free uber one membership, which isn’t good enough to make up for the rubbish service. Since using the app again, I’ve had a few orders where food has been stale and cold but on this particular occasion it was over an hour late, stuck to a soggy box. It was very messy trying to get into contact with customer services. Eventually I get a reply, where I am told that I will receive a partial refund without disclosing the amount- presumably because they only offered a quarter of the payment back, which is pathetic for two stale, cold meals. I’ve never before experienced companies resolve issues whereby the customer isn’t even consulted about the possible solution/s. Despite the uber one membership, I most definitely won’t be using them again. Deliveroo seems to be much more customer focused, so I will continue using their platform instead, and they always seem to be cheaper too.

Uber giving unrealistic deliveries

If was a zero I would opt for that . Firstly they advertise certain delivery and never in my experience manage . They just keep changing the times . My order was frozen goods which via multiple delivery drops and when arrived ice cream was liquid and other inedible.. took photos and so did driver . Uber response , it will take 2 days for response. Totally unacceptable..

Uber eats cold food again

Uber eats need to stop letting there drivers take more orders when they have collected hot food . We ordered food collected by driver the he accepted a Morrisons order so spent 20 minutes is Morrisons . Unsurprisingly the hot food was cold . Ubers response will take to the restaurant joke

Uber Eats' customer service is absolute dogshit

Uber Eats' customer service is absolute garbage. We ordered through the app, and an order that was quoted to take 20 minutes to arrive took over an hour. This is because the app allowed our delivery driver to accept another order, that was NOT on the way, and deliver that one first. Our food arrived ice cold, except for the milkshakes, which were entirely melted. Given how long the food sat out, it wasn't safe to consume and we were charged almost $100 for inedible food. I contacted customer service through the app, which collected the pertinent details and advised they would respond in 48 hours. For comparison, DoorDash immediately handles these types of problems and offers a refund immediately if there is a problem with the order. Not Uber Eats. I waited the 48 hours, after which I received an email that they "took steps to address the problem." That's it. No refund, no other accountability, just an assurance that they "took steps." I got in touch with them over chat, and they basically told me to get effed. Uber Eats is terrible. Do not use them.
