DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS SCAM COMPANY.. Joke of a company. If I could have given a 0 star I would have. Still not received items after over 2 weeks. You can't get through, blanket email received regarding deliveries but no links work. I'm claiming the money back through my credit card. Furthermore, I received an email with a tracking number stating that part of my oder was on its way... COMPLETE LIE. THE TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST

7 days trying to contact TRAPSTAR!

Ordered twice at the end of November. First order arrived in days. Chased second order, 2 weeks ago, told 9-12 days and they were working on day 5 so would still get it before Christmas. Then a generic email listing one item as not arriving until January. Why sell me stuff they don’t have in stock - it wasn’t pre-order, it was actually in stock! Worst thing is they won’t send the rest of the order until everything is there. Been emailing, calling, leaving my number, waiting on web chat for 7 days continuously. Nothing. They know it’s Christmas, get extra staff in beforehand, plenty of people want jobs. ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND EMAILS. Now I have to find something to replace these Christmas presents and the money to buy them, as I already paid out and they’ve had my money since November. Still don’t know when/if this stuff is arriving but I can’t take a chance. Trapstar - customer service is everything, and yours is way below what is should be.

You order, then wait and wait for delivery. Somethings eventually arrive, too late for a birthday and now waiting 3 weeks for Christmas presents, none have arrived. Customer service is terrible

I ordered weeks ago and emailed about my order as know people who had there orders of the same items delivered days after placing. But weeks later I only just get a reply from the company by email, asking if I want a refund? I wanted my bloody order I ordered 3 weeks previous. They then refund my money that I have to wait another 10 days for lool Swerve them like the plague

Pre-ordered in October!

Pre-ordered in October for dispatch on 27th November, now 14th December and still no update! Awful company, quick to take your money and still advertise “drops” but cannot fulfill peoples orders, they go mute NO apology even though they are going to ruin so many peoples Christmas! Don't know how they get away with it!!! Disgusting service.

Ordered 25th November nothing to say the item was a pre order and It will not be dispatched untill the 25th of January. Absolutely poor customer service no one to talk to and only auto reply to emails.

Do not return anything to them

They collected a coat and should have refunded it or returned it but instead they have ignored me for the past 3 weeks. We have made several purchases over the years as our son likes this brand. We have never had a problem until we had to return our son's coat due to a poorly made zip.They are okay to make small purchases. If you are going to spend above £100 then pay on a credit card so you can claim a refund when it goes wrong.What is most upsetting is that I was going to purchase another one of their jackets with the refund.
